Miss RSW is an international beauty pageant that will be held in different countries every year and will conclude with a Miss RSW International, beauty pageant where girls will come from the different countries to take part in the Miss RSW International pageant. in the context of expanding the kingdom of God because everywhere God needs agents.

- 2. Applicants must be between eighteen (18) and thirty (30) years of age at the time of application.
- 3. Applicants must be single and unmarried at the time of application and throughout the competition period.
- 4. Applicants must be eligible to represent the country for which they are applying through nationality, citizenship, residence, heritage, title authorization, nomination, or any other basis accepted by the Organization.
- 5. Applicants must possess a valid passport or demonstrate the ability to obtain one if selected for international participation.
- 6. Applicants must be able to communicate in English or demonstrate a willingness to participate through approved translation or interpretation arrangements where applicable.
- 7. Applicants must demonstrate good moral character and uphold the values, mission, and reputation of Miss RSW International.
- 8. Applicants must be willing and able to participate in official activities, interviews, media engagements, advocacy initiatives, promotional activities, travel requirements, and other program obligations where applicable.
- 9. Applicants must submit all required application materials, photographs, videos, documents, and supporting information within the prescribed deadlines.
- 10. Previous pageant experience is welcome but not required.
- 11. Applicants may apply independently, be nominated by a National Director, be recommended by an approved organization, be referred by an approved representative, or be selected through an official National Representative Selection process.
- 12. Applicants must be willing and able to travel internationally if selected and where participation requires international attendance.
- 13. Final eligibility, acceptance, country assignment, delegate status, and participation approval remain subject to the sole discretion of Miss RSW International and Rise and Shine World Inc.
- 14. Applicants must not hold any active title, contractual obligation, exclusivity agreement, representation agreement, or competing commitment that may prevent, restrict, conflict with, or interfere with their participation in Miss RSW International 2026. Applicants currently holding a pageant title, ambassadorial title, or any other representation title must provide written authorization, a no-objection letter, release approval, or other satisfactory evidence from the relevant organization confirming their permission and eligibility to participate in Miss RSW International 2026, where required by the Organization.
DIRECT ENTRY INTERNATIONAL DELEGATE APPLICATION
- Designed for titleholders, pageant winners, recommended applicants, partner referrals, agency recommendations, special invitations and qualified candidates seeking direct international consideration
- Priority review and assessment of application documents
- Eligible for expedited review where applicable
- Application reviewed directly by the Miss RSW International Selection Committee
- National Selection participation may be waived at the discretion of the Organization

Read carefully before submitting your application, participating, voting, accepting any title, or engaging with the Miss RSW International program.
1. INTRODUCTION AND LEGAL EFFECT
1.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the applicant, contestant, delegate, finalist, titleholder, ambassador, winner, runner-up, award recipient, and/or participant (“Participant”) and Rise and Shine World Inc. (“RSW,” “the Organizer,” “the Organization,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2 By submitting an application, registering, participating, voting, accepting a sash, crown, title, award, prize, invitation, benefit, sponsorship, travel support, accommodation support, media exposure, or any other opportunity connected to Miss RSW International 2026, the Participant confirms that she has read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 These Terms apply before, during, and after the competition, including all national, online, virtual, hybrid, international, physical, bootcamp, festival, media, ambassadorial, and post-competition activities.
1.4 The Participant acknowledges that Miss RSW International is not only a beauty pageant, but a global leadership, humanitarian, faith-centered, cultural, advocacy, and representation platform operating under the values and mission of Rise and Shine World Inc.
1.5 These Terms are designed to protect the integrity, reputation, governance, compliance, financial sustainability, safety framework, and international credibility of the Organization.
2. ORGANIZING AUTHORITY
2.1 Miss RSW International 2026 is organized by Rise and Shine World Inc., an international platform headquartered in Australia.
2.2 RSW may collaborate with official partners, including but not limited to JAM Global Events, sponsors, service providers, media partners, hotels, venues, travel agents, logistics providers, voting platform providers, and other approved entities.
2.3 Partner involvement does not automatically make RSW liable for independent actions, omissions, systems, services, negligence, policies, or conduct of such third-party entities.
2.4 Any partner, contractor, service provider, hotel, venue, transport provider, voting platform, payment processor, media platform, or external entity remains independently responsible for its own operations, services, staff, conduct, security, systems, and legal obligations.
3. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The Participant must meet the eligibility criteria communicated by the Organization, including but not limited to age, identity, nationality, background, title category, moral standing, and any additional requirements applicable to the competition.
3.2 Miss RSW International 2026 is open to eligible young women as determined by the Organization.
3.3 The Participant must provide accurate, truthful, complete, and verifiable information during application, registration, interviews, voting, travel preparation, and all stages of participation.
3.4 False, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, altered, or unverifiable information may result in rejection, suspension, disqualification, title removal, prize forfeiture, legal action, or any other measure deemed appropriate by the Organization.
3.5 The Organization reserves the right to request identity documents, passports, proof of nationality, police clearance, medical documents, parental/guardian consent where applicable, project evidence, professional references, or any other document required for compliance.
3.6 The Organization reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, disqualify, replace, or remove any applicant or Participant at its sole discretion where eligibility, conduct, compliance, or reputational concerns arise.
4. APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
4.1 Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, selection, title award, travel opportunity, prize entitlement, sponsorship, visa support, crown, sash, or participation in the international stage.
4.2 Applications may be reviewed based on eligibility, communication, conduct, documentation, background, advocacy, representation potential, compliance readiness, and alignment with RSW values.
4.3 The Organization may request additional information before approving or confirming participation.
4.4 The Organization may withdraw approval if information later becomes false, incomplete, misleading, unverifiable, or inconsistent with the values and requirements of the competition.
4.5 The Participant confirms that she enters voluntarily and accepts all obligations, risks, responsibilities, and limitations associated with the program.
4.6 The Organization may identify, recruit, appoint, nominate, approve, recommend, endorse, or confirm Participants through public applications, national directors, partner organizations, international pageant networks, scouting programs, recruitment campaigns, direct invitations, referrals, or any other method deemed appropriate by the Organization.
4.7 The Organization reserves the right to receive, review, and consider multiple applications or recommendations from the same country and shall have sole discretion in determining the final approved representative.
5. COMPETITION STRUCTURE
5.1 Miss RSW International 2026 may include national stages, online stages, voting stages, interviews, advocacy tasks, media challenges, project submissions, bootcamp activities, international stage participation, festival participation, crown ceremony, gala events, and post-title ambassadorial duties.
5.2 The Organization reserves the right to determine, amend, suspend, cancel, merge, divide, relocate, digitize, or restructure any stage of the competition.
5.3 The competition may be conducted physically, virtually, or in hybrid format, depending on operational, financial, regulatory, visa, venue, safety, sponsorship, or strategic considerations.
5.4 The Organization may adjust dates, timelines, judging structures, voting structures, prize structures, title categories, finalist numbers, travel requirements, event activities, and program format where necessary.
5.5 Any modification shall not constitute breach of contract where implemented for operational, compliance, safety, strategic, regulatory, visa, financial, or organizational reasons.
6. TITLE CATEGORIES
6.1 The Organization may award titles including but not limited to:
- Miss RSW International 2026
- Miss RSW Humanity
- Miss RSW People’s Choice
- Miss RSW Continental Titles
- Miss RSW National Titles
- Miss RSW Ambassadorial Titles
- Special Recognition Awards
- Cultural, advocacy, media, talent, photogenic, leadership, humanitarian, or project-based awards
6.2 The Organization reserves the right to create, modify, merge, suspend, or cancel any title category.
6.3 A title does not automatically create prize entitlement unless expressly stated in writing by the Organization.
6.4 National titles may be honorary, ambassadorial, recruitment-based, representation-based, or qualification-based and do not automatically include financial prizes unless expressly communicated in writing.
7. NATIONAL TITLEHOLDERS
7.1 National titleholders represent their country or designated region under the authority and approval of RSW.
7.2 National titleholders must uphold the reputation, values, image, faith-centered mission, and professional standards of RSW.
7.3 National titleholders may be required to participate in online campaigns, media tasks, interviews, advocacy work, recruitment promotion, voting activities, social media visibility, and other assigned duties.
7.4 National titleholders may be invited to attend the international stage, crown ceremony, festival events, or related programs, subject to compliance, visa approval, eligibility, availability, and organizational approval.
7.5 If a national titleholder is unable to travel due to visa refusal, failure to provide documents, non-compliance, financial limitations, or other reasons outside RSW’s control, RSW may provide alternative recognition, including digital recognition, postal dispatch of sash/crown where applicable, online ceremony, or replacement decision.
7.6 The Organization reserves the right to replace, withdraw, substitute, reassign, or appoint an alternative country representative at any stage where eligibility, compliance, conduct, communication, documentation, visa, sponsorship, performance, availability, safety, or organizational considerations require such action
8. INTERNATIONAL STAGE
8.1 The international stage may take place in Australia or another country as determined by the Organization.
8.2 Attendance at the international stage is subject to compliance with visa, immigration, travel, health, insurance, financial, documentation, and organizational requirements.
8.3 Selection for international participation does not guarantee visa approval.
8.4 The Participant acknowledges that immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, not by RSW.
8.5 RSW may issue invitation letters, program confirmations, guidance, and supporting materials where applicable, but does not guarantee visa approval, entry into any country, or immigration outcome.
8.6 Participants must not overstay, breach visa conditions, work unlawfully, disappear from the program, engage in unauthorized activities, or act in any way that exposes RSW to immigration, regulatory, reputational, or legal risk.
9. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS
9.1 The Participant agrees to comply with all official instructions, schedules, assignments, deadlines, communications, event rules, code of conduct, media guidelines, travel rules, accommodation rules, and safety protocols.
9.2 The Participant must participate in all required activities, including but not limited to interviews, rehearsals, media engagements, advocacy presentations, project submissions, workshops, bootcamp sessions, festival activities, voting campaigns, and official appearances.
9.3 Failure to participate, respond, submit required materials, attend scheduled activities, or comply with official instructions may affect scoring, title status, prize entitlement, travel opportunity, ambassadorial status, or continued participation.
9.4 The Participant must conduct herself as a global ambassador and must not bring RSW, its partners, sponsors, officials, contestants, judges, titleholders, or associated entities into disrepute.
9.5 The Participant must maintain professional communication and must respond to official communications within the timelines provided.
10. AMBASSADORIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
10.1 All winners, titleholders, runners-up, finalists, and selected Participants may be required to serve as RSW ambassadors during the period determined by the Organization.
10.2 Ambassadorial responsibilities may include:
- Advocacy work
- Project implementation
- Monthly reporting
- Social media promotion
- Media appearances
- Community engagement
- Public representation
- Fundraising support where approved
- Festival promotion
- Recruitment support
- Partnership visibility
- Humanitarian activities
- Leadership assignments
- Participation in official RSW campaigns
10.3 Ambassadorial status does not create employment, salary, stipend, allowance, agency, partnership, or independent contractor relationship.
10.4 Any benefit, payment, prize, or support provided is governed strictly by the applicable prize and compliance framework.
11. PERFORMANCE, REPORTING, AND EVIDENCE
11.1 The Participant understands that performance must be demonstrated through verifiable evidence.
11.2 Reports must include sufficient proof of project execution, measurable outcomes, representation activities, media visibility, advocacy impact, and completion of assigned responsibilities.
11.3 General written statements without evidence may be deemed insufficient.
11.4 Acceptable evidence may include photos, videos, official letters, event programs, media links, social media links, project reports, beneficiary records, attendance records, partner confirmations, or other verifiable documentation.
11.5 The Organization reserves the right to verify all reports and evidence independently.
11.6 False, exaggerated, misleading, unverifiable, or fabricated reports may result in adverse findings, withholding of prizes, disqualification, title removal, or legal action.
11.7 The burden of demonstrating performance, compliance, and entitlement rests on the Participant.
12. PRIZES AND REWARDS
12.1 Any prizes, benefits, travel opportunities, crowns, sashes, certificates, media exposure, gifts, awards, sponsorships, or recognition are conditional and subject to compliance.
12.2 Prize entitlement is not automatic and does not arise by default.
12.3 Prize entitlement remains subject to:
- Eligibility
- Performance
- Compliance
- Completion of assigned responsibilities
- Conduct standards
- Reporting obligations
- Verification of activities
- Review findings
- Financial governance procedures
- Availability of funds
- Partner/sponsor fulfillment where applicable
12.4 The Organization reserves the right to pay prizes in full, in part, in installments, through structured disbursements, in kind, through services, through sponsored benefits, or through equivalent value arrangements.
12.5 The Organization reserves the right to withhold, delay, reduce, restructure, reconcile, suspend, or forfeit any prize where compliance, performance, documentation, conduct, eligibility, or entitlement requirements are not satisfied.
12.6 No Participant may claim automatic payment merely because time has passed, a title was awarded, or participation occurred.
12.7 Prize values may represent maximum potential value and may include cash, travel, accommodation, wardrobe, training, media, sponsorship, event access, professional development, or other benefits.
12.8 Any stated prize value does not guarantee cash payment unless expressly stated in writing.
12.8 Fully funded opportunities, scholarships, sponsorship packages, travel support, accommodation support, or similar benefits may be offered at the discretion of the Organization and are subject to eligibility, compliance, sponsor availability, documentation requirements, performance expectations, and organizational approval.
12.9 No Participant shall be entitled to any fully funded opportunity, sponsorship, travel support, accommodation support, scholarship, or similar benefit merely by applying, participating, receiving a title, or being selected.
13. MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND STRUCTURED DISBURSEMENTS
13.1 Where monthly payments are provided, such payments are not salaries, wages, stipends, allowances, employment income, or automatic benefits.
13.2 Monthly payments may represent structured partial disbursement of an existing prize entitlement, subject to compliance and reconciliation.
13.3 The Organization may require monthly reports before any payment is released.
13.4 Failure to submit reports, demonstrate performance, maintain communication, or comply with responsibilities may result in delayed, reduced, withheld, or forfeited payments.
13.5 Any previous payments may be reconciled against total prize entitlement.
13.6 Final settlement, where applicable, shall occur only after completion of the relevant review and compliance determination.
14. VOTING SYSTEM
14.1 Voting may form part of the official competition structure to support public participation, audience engagement, ranking, visibility, or selected award categories.
14.2 Voting may be managed by RSW directly or through approved partners, including JAM Global Events or other authorized platforms.
14.3 The Participant acknowledges that voting systems may involve technical platforms, payment processors, partner entities, online systems, third-party providers, and international payment infrastructure.
14.4 Voting contributions are not deposits, savings, prize funds, contestant-owned funds, or refundable balances.
14.5 Voting contributions may be allocated toward competition operations, platform costs, media promotion, administration, event production, logistics, participant activities, technology costs, partner costs, payment processing, marketing, and program delivery.
14.6 The Organization does not guarantee that votes will result in winning, selection, travel, title award, prize entitlement, sponsorship, or any specific outcome.
14.7 Votes are subject to verification, system integrity checks, payment confirmation, anti-fraud screening, and platform rules.
14.8 Votes obtained through chargebacks, fraudulent payments, disputed transactions, manipulated systems, unauthorized cards, false identities, or improper conduct may be removed or invalidated.
14.9 The Organization and/or voting partner reserves the right to suspend, correct, audit, reverse, or cancel votes where fraud, technical error, payment failure, misconduct, or system abuse is identified.
14.10 Voting fees are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable except where required by law or expressly approved in writing by the Organization.
15. REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY
15.1 All fees, payments, contributions, voting fees, registration fees, sponsorship fees, advertising fees, ticket fees, pageant admission fees, guest meal fees, event participation fees, application fees, and related payments made in connection with Miss RSW International are non-refundable and non-transferable.
15.2 This applies whether payment is made by the Participant, supporter, sponsor, voter, family member, fan, organization, or third party.
15.3 No refund shall be issued due to failure to win, failure to qualify, withdrawal, disqualification, visa refusal, travel failure, change of mind, lack of supporter votes, personal emergency, non-attendance, breach of rules, or inability to participate.
15.4 Where applicable law requires refund consideration, the Organization will assess such request in accordance with legal obligations and available documentation.
15.5 Any chargeback, payment dispute, false dispute, or reversal attempt may result in removal of votes, suspension, disqualification, legal recovery action, or permanent ban from RSW programs.
15.6 Participation fees, delegate fees, country representation fees, registration fees, application fees, and any related payments do not guarantee selection, title award, travel approval, sponsorship, visa approval, prize entitlement, or any specific competition outcome.
16. FINANCIAL GOVERNANCE
16.1 The Participant acknowledges that RSW operates international programs involving costs such as administration, media, technology, event production, logistics, staffing, coordination, venue arrangements, accommodation coordination, partner costs, travel support, communication, promotion, and compliance.
16.2 Payments received in connection with the competition may be applied toward program operations and are not held in trust for any individual Participant unless expressly stated in writing.
16.3 The Organization is not required to provide individualized financial accounts to Participants unless legally required or expressly agreed in writing.
16.4 The Organization may provide general clarification regarding program structures, voting systems, or partner roles where appropriate, but is not obligated to disclose confidential commercial agreements, internal budgets, third-party contracts, sponsor arrangements, or partner financial data.
16.5 Any financial dispute must be submitted in writing through official channels with supporting evidence.
17. TRAVEL, VISA, AND IMMIGRATION
17.1 The Participant is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all passports, visas, permits, health documents, insurance, immigration documents, and travel authorizations required for participation.
17.2 RSW may provide invitation letters or supporting documents where applicable but does not guarantee visa approval.
17.3 The Participant must comply with all visa conditions and immigration laws.
17.4 The Participant must depart the host country within the lawful visa period.
17.5 Any visa refusal, delay, cancellation, overstay, breach, or immigration issue is the responsibility of the Participant unless directly caused by proven misconduct of the Organization.
17.6 The Participant shall not hold RSW liable for any visa refusal, travel delay, border denial, deportation, immigration restriction, flight cancellation, or government decision.
17.7 RSW reserves the right to withdraw travel support or participation approval where visa or immigration risk arises.
18. TRAVEL COSTS AND SPONSORSHIP
18.1 Unless expressly stated in writing, Participants are responsible for their own travel costs, personal expenses, visa fees, travel insurance, medical costs, luggage costs, communication costs, and other personal needs.
18.2 Where sponsorship is offered, it applies only to the items expressly stated in writing.
18.3 Sponsorship may be conditional upon compliance, visa approval, availability of funds, sponsor performance, documentation, and program requirements.
18.4 Sponsorship may be withdrawn or modified where the Participant fails to comply, fails to provide documents, misrepresents information, breaches rules, or creates risk to the Organization.
18.5 The Organization is not liable for costs incurred by Participants outside the approved official program schedule.
19. ACCOMMODATION AND LOGISTICS
19.1 Accommodation may be provided, arranged, recommended, or coordinated depending on the competition structure and written package applicable to the Participant.
19.2 Hotels, residences, venues, transport providers, and accommodation service providers are independent third-party entities.
19.3 RSW does not directly control hotel management, hotel staff, venue security, police, landlords, transport drivers, building owners, service providers, or third-party operational decisions.
19.4 Participants must comply with accommodation rules, check-in/check-out times, safety protocols, movement communication requirements, property rules, and instructions issued by accommodation providers.
19.5 Participants must communicate itinerary, movement plans, health concerns, checkout plans, return times, and any welfare issue promptly through official channels so support can be coordinated.
19.6 Failure to communicate may affect the Organization’s ability to assist, coordinate, intervene, or provide support.
19.7 Any complaint concerning accommodation must be reported immediately in writing with details, evidence, date, time, persons involved, and required assistance.
19.8 Where concerns are raised, RSW will make reasonable efforts in good faith within its role to coordinate support, request clarification, escalate to service providers, arrange alternatives where feasible, or take appropriate steps.
19.9 RSW shall not be liable for independent misconduct, negligence, unlawful detention, harassment, violence, unsafe conduct, police involvement, or operational failure by hotels, venues, transport providers, security personnel, landlords, or other third parties, except where liability is established under applicable law.
20. PARTICIPANT WELFARE AND SAFETY
20.1 RSW takes participant welfare and safety seriously.
20.2 Participants must immediately report any safety, health, harassment, sexual misconduct, threat, assault, coercion, medical, accommodation, travel, or welfare concern through official communication channels.
20.3 Reports must include available evidence, names, locations, dates, times, witnesses, and details of the assistance required.
20.4 RSW will respond within the scope of its role and capacity and may refer matters to relevant authorities, accommodation providers, medical services, police, legal representatives, guardians, embassies, or other appropriate entities.
20.5 RSW does not replace emergency services, police, medical professionals, immigration authorities, or government agencies.
20.6 Participants must contact local emergency services immediately in any urgent safety or medical emergency.
20.7 RSW does not condone harassment, exploitation, sexual misconduct, abuse, intimidation, unlawful detention, discrimination, coercion, or unsafe conduct.
20.8 False, exaggerated, malicious, delayed, unsupported, or misleading safety allegations may be reviewed carefully and may result in corrective or disciplinary action where appropriate.
21. MEDICAL INFORMATION AND EMERGENCIES
21.1 Participants must disclose any medical condition, allergy, disability, medication, pregnancy status where relevant to safety, injury, mental health concern, dietary need, or emergency requirement that may affect participation.
21.2 The Organization may request medical clearance before allowing participation in travel, bootcamp, performances, rehearsals, or physical activities.
21.3 Participants are responsible for their own medical care, medication, insurance, and emergency expenses unless expressly stated in writing.
21.4 In an emergency, the Participant authorizes RSW or its representatives to seek reasonable medical assistance where necessary.
21.5 RSW is not liable for medical outcomes, hospital charges, treatment delays, or costs unless liability is established under applicable law.
22. MANDATORY INSURANCE
22.1 Participants attending physical events, especially international events, must obtain valid travel and medical insurance unless expressly exempted in writing.
22.2 Proof of insurance may be required before travel or participation.
22.3 Failure to provide insurance may result in cancellation of participation, travel approval, accommodation approval, or event access.
22.4 RSW is not responsible for uninsured losses, injuries, illness, missed flights, baggage loss, accidents, cancellations, or medical expenses.
23. CODE OF CONDUCT
23.1 Participants must maintain high standards of conduct at all times.
23.2 Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Threats
- Abuse
- Dishonesty
- Defamation
- Public attacks
- Disrespect toward organizers
- Disrespect toward contestants
- Failure to follow instructions
- Illegal conduct
- Visa non-compliance
- Fraudulent voting
- Chargeback manipulation
- Misrepresentation
- Substance abuse during official activities
- Violence
- Unauthorized absence
- Failure to communicate
- Conduct inconsistent with RSW values
23.3 Breach of conduct may result in warning, suspension, disqualification, title removal, prize withholding, public correction, legal action, or referral to authorities.
24. SOCIAL MEDIA, PUBLIC STATEMENTS, AND DEFAMATION
24.1 Participants must use social media responsibly and must not publish false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, confidential, damaging, or reputationally harmful statements about RSW, its partners, sponsors, contestants, judges, leaders, titleholders, staff, volunteers, or service providers.
24.2 Participants must not describe RSW, its leaders, partners, sponsors, or programs as fraudulent, criminal, scam, exploitative, abusive, or unlawful unless such claims have been legally established by a competent authority.
24.3 Participants may express genuine concerns through official channels, but must not convert unresolved allegations into public accusations presented as fact.
24.4 Public dissemination of unverified allegations may constitute breach of these Terms and may expose the Participant to disciplinary action, prize forfeiture, title removal, or legal action.
24.5 Any concern must first be submitted in writing through official channels for internal review.
24.6 Participants must not mobilize other Participants, supporters, voters, family members, or third parties to attack, harass, defame, threaten, pressure, or damage the reputation of RSW or its representatives.
24.7 The Organization reserves the right to issue public clarification where necessary to protect its reputation.
25. CONFIDENTIALITY
25.1 Participants must keep confidential all internal communications, emails, notices, review documents, competition documents, voting data, internal policies, financial matters, sponsor information, partner arrangements, personal information, judging materials, review outcomes, disciplinary communications, and sensitive organizational information.
25.2 Unauthorized sharing, publication, forwarding, screenshots, third-party disclosure, social media posting, or media disclosure may constitute breach of confidentiality.
25.3 Confidentiality obligations continue after participation ends.
25.4 Breach of confidentiality may result in title removal, prize forfeiture, legal action, and damages.
26. COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL
26.1 All official communication must be submitted through approved official channels.
26.2 Participants must communicate directly with the Organization regarding their own concerns.
26.3 Third-party communication on behalf of Participants is not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing or legally required.
26.4 Group pressure, indirect threats, copied communications to unrelated Participants, public campaigns, or unofficial escalation may be treated as breach of protocol.
26.5 The Organization may decline to respond to repetitive, abusive, duplicative, threatening, defamatory, or improperly directed correspondence.
26.6 The Organization reserves the right to require all communications to be in writing.
27. JUDGING AND DECISION-MAKING
27.1 Judges, organizers, and authorized committees have final authority regarding scoring, ranking, awards, titles, selection, advancement, and competition decisions.
27.2 Decisions are final within the competition framework.
27.3 The Organization is not required to disclose judges’ private deliberations, scoring notes, internal discussions, confidential ranking methods, or proprietary selection systems.
27.4 Complaints about judging must be submitted in writing within the timeframe provided by the Organization.
27.5 Failure to win or advance does not entitle any Participant to refund, compensation, damages, or legal claim.
27.6 The Organization reserves the right to determine when and how country representatives, delegates, finalists, titleholders, official delegations, participant names, photographs, biographies, and related information shall be publicly announced.
27.7 The Organization may delay, withhold, modify, limit, or restructure public announcements where necessary for operational, compliance, visa, safety, sponsorship, reputational, strategic, or organizational reasons.
28. DISQUALIFICATION
28.1 The Organization may disqualify, suspend, remove, or replace any Participant at any stage.
28.2 Grounds include but are not limited to:
- Breach of Terms
- Misconduct
- False information
- Non-compliance
- Poor communication
- Defamation
- Unsafe conduct
- Failure to participate
- Visa breach
- Criminal conduct
- Fraudulent voting
- Chargebacks
- Harassment
- Failure to submit documents
- Reputational risk
- Breach of confidentiality
- Failure to meet performance obligations
28.3 Disqualification may result in loss of title, crown, sash, prizes, travel benefits, recognition, public profile, ambassadorial position, or other benefits.
28.4 The Organization may publicize title removal or replacement where necessary for transparency or brand protection.
29. RELINQUISHMENT OR WITHDRAWAL
29.1 A Participant may withdraw only by written notice.
29.2 Withdrawal does not entitle the Participant to refund, compensation, prize payment, travel reimbursement, or release from confidentiality and conduct obligations.
29.3 A titleholder who voluntarily relinquishes her title may be required to return crown, sash, certificates, prizes, awards, or benefits received.
29.4 The Organization may appoint a replacement.
30. RETURN OF CROWN, SASH, AND PRIZES
30.1 If a Participant is disqualified, removed, suspended, or relinquishes a title, she must return any crown, sash, certificate, trophy, wardrobe item, prize, gift, or property provided by RSW within the timeframe stated by the Organization.
30.2 Failure to return property may result in legal recovery action and damages.
30.3 The Participant must not continue using the title, sash, crown, images, or branding after removal or relinquishment.
31. USE OF TITLE AND BRAND
31.1 Participants may not use Miss RSW titles, logos, slogans, crowns, sashes, certificates, images, media materials, or brand assets for personal profit, business promotion, church programs, political campaigns, fundraising, sponsorship solicitation, commercial endorsements, media interviews, or third-party partnerships without written approval.
31.2 Unauthorized use may result in disciplinary or legal action.
31.3 Titleholders must submit proposed partnerships, appearances, campaigns, interviews, or public use of title for approval.
32. IMAGE, MEDIA, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
32.1 The Participant grants RSW and approved partners worldwide permission to use her name, image, likeness, voice, biography, photos, videos, interviews, performances, project materials, and recorded content for promotional, media, educational, commercial, archival, and organizational purposes.
32.2 This permission applies before, during, and after the competition.
32.3 Participants may not demand payment for authorized use of competition-related media.
32.4 RSW may edit, publish, repost, advertise, archive, distribute, or use such materials across websites, social media, broadcast, print, events, sponsor materials, and promotional campaigns.
32.5 Participants must not misuse RSW media materials or present unofficial materials as official communication.
33. DATA AND PRIVACY
33.1 The Participant consents to collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information for competition administration, communication, travel support, media, judging, compliance, safety, voting, legal, and program purposes.
33.2 RSW may share necessary information with partners, service providers, hotels, venues, travel agents, sponsors, payment processors, legal advisers, emergency contacts, authorities, and event staff where required for program delivery.
33.3 RSW will take reasonable steps to protect personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security of third-party platforms.
33.4 Participants must not disclose other contestants’ personal information without consent.
34. PARTNERS, SPONSORS, AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
34.1 RSW may work with independent partners, sponsors, suppliers, service providers, hotels, venues, travel agents, voting platforms, payment processors, designers, media teams, photographers, trainers, and event contractors.
34.2 Such entities are independent and not employees of RSW unless expressly stated.
34.3 RSW is not responsible for independent actions, omissions, negligence, misconduct, pricing, delays, technical errors, service failures, or legal breaches by third parties unless liability is established under applicable law.
34.4 Participants must raise third-party service concerns promptly and directly through official RSW channels so the Organization can coordinate support where appropriate.
34.5 Any dispute directly caused by a third-party provider may need to be addressed against that provider.
35. FORCE MAJEURE
35.1 RSW shall not be liable for delay, cancellation, relocation, restructuring, non-performance, or modification caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
35.2 Such circumstances may include natural disasters, disease outbreaks, visa restrictions, government orders, war, unrest, terrorism, travel restrictions, strikes, venue cancellation, sponsor withdrawal, partner failure, technical failure, payment processor issues, border closures, flight cancellations, or public safety threats.
35.3 RSW may modify the event structure, dates, format, venue, prize schedule, or participation model in response to force majeure.
36. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
36.1 Any concern, complaint, request, clarification, or dispute must first be submitted in writing to the Organization through official communication channels.
36.2 The Participant must allow the Organization reasonable time to review and respond.
36.3 The Participant agrees not to escalate publicly, defame, mobilize third parties, or publish allegations before allowing internal review, except where emergency safety or legal reporting is required.
36.4 The Organization may conduct internal review based on submitted evidence, available records, communications, reports, and verified information.
36.5 Failure by the Participant to submit evidence may result in determination based on available records.
36.6 The Organization reserves the right not to engage in repetitive or duplicative correspondence on matters already addressed.
37. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
37.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of South Australia and, where applicable, the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
37.2 The Participant agrees that any legal dispute, claim, proceeding, or action arising from or connected with Miss RSW International, these Terms, participation, prizes, voting, title status, travel support, ambassadorial duties, or program obligations shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia, Australia, unless the Organization expressly agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
37.3 The Participant agrees not to commence proceedings in any other jurisdiction except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
37.4 Where a claim is commenced in another jurisdiction, RSW reserves the right to challenge jurisdiction, seek dismissal, seek stay of proceedings, or rely on this clause in defense.
37.5 This clause does not prevent RSW from taking urgent legal action in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights, reputation, intellectual property, confidential information, or safety interests.
38. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
38.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSW shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, emotional, reputational, travel-related, immigration-related, third-party, financial, or personal losses arising from participation.
38.2 RSW shall not be liable for losses caused by:
- Visa refusal
- Travel delay
- Third-party service failure
- Hotel misconduct
- Venue issues
- Payment processor failure
- Partner misconduct
- Public voting outcomes
- Participant non-compliance
- Failure to communicate
- Personal decisions
- Health issues
- Government action
38.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
39. INDEMNITY
39.1 The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RSW, its leaders, directors, officers, representatives, partners, volunteers, sponsors, contractors, and affiliates against claims, losses, damages, expenses, legal costs, penalties, reputational harm, or liabilities arising from:
- Breach of these Terms
- Misconduct
- False information
- Defamation
- Fraudulent voting
- Chargebacks
- Visa breach
- Unauthorized public statements
- Breach of confidentiality
- Damage caused to third parties
- Failure to comply with laws
- Claims caused by the Participant’s conduct
40. NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY
40.1 Participation does not create employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, franchise, or contractor relationship between the Participant and RSW.
40.2 The Participant has no authority to bind RSW, incur debts, make commitments, sign agreements, represent legal positions, collect funds, or speak officially on behalf of RSW without written authorization.
41. MORALITY AND REPUTATION
41.1 The Participant must maintain good moral character and must not engage in conduct that brings the competition, title, Organization, partners, or sponsors into disrepute.
41.2 The Participant must not engage in illegal conduct, public indecency, violent behavior, harassment, hate speech, exploitation, fraud, or activities inconsistent with the values of the Organization.
41.3 Any conduct that creates reputational, legal, insurance, visa, financial, or regulatory risk may result in immediate review and disciplinary action.
42. CONFIRMATION OF UNDERSTANDING
42.1 By applying, registering, participating, accepting a title, accepting benefits, or continuing in the program, the Participant confirms that she has read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
42.2 The Participant confirms that she had an opportunity to ask questions before participation.
42.3 The Participant confirms that she participates voluntarily and accepts all rules, obligations, limitations, and consequences outlined herein.
42.4 If the Participant does not agree with these Terms, she must not apply, register, participate, vote, accept a title, attend events, or engage in Miss RSW International activities.
43. AMENDMENTS
43.1 RSW reserves the right to amend, update, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time where necessary for legal, operational, compliance, strategic, financial, safety, partner, visa, or governance reasons.
43.2 Updated Terms may be communicated through official websites, email, registration pages, participant portals, or official channels.
43.3 Continued participation after updated Terms are issued constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
44. SEVERABILITY
44.1 If any clause of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and enforceable.
44.2 The invalid clause shall be interpreted or replaced in a manner that best reflects the original purpose while remaining lawful.
45. NON-WAIVER
45.1 Failure by RSW to enforce any right, clause, deadline, rule, or remedy shall not constitute waiver.
45.2 RSW may enforce its rights at any later time.
45.3 Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of RSW.
46. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
46.1 These Terms, together with official application forms, signed declarations, program notices, official communications, package descriptions, prize notices, voting rules, and any written agreement issued by RSW, constitute the full agreement governing participation.
46.2 The Participant must not rely on informal statements, verbal promises, social media comments, unofficial messages, or third-party representations unless confirmed in writing by the Organization.
47. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION
47.1 Official communication shall be made through RSW-approved emails, websites, participant forms, portals, or official written channels.
47.2 The Participant is responsible for checking official communication regularly.
47.3 Failure to read or respond to official communication does not excuse non-compliance.
48. ACCEPTANCE DECLARATION
By submitting an application, registering online, participating, accepting any title, or continuing in Miss RSW International 2026, I confirm that:
- I have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
- I voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
- I understand that prize entitlement is conditional and not automatic.
- I understand that voting fees and other payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- I understand that I must comply with all communication, reporting, conduct, performance, visa, and program obligations.
- I understand that breach of these Terms may result in disqualification, title removal, prize forfeiture, legal action, or other measures.
- I understand that disputes must first be submitted through official written channels.
I accept the governing law and jurisdiction provisions stated herein
