Event-Specific Terms & Conditions

SECTION GROUP 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Background of the Event

The RSW International Fashion Week 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) is an international, multi-dimensional fashion platform organized under the framework of the RSW International Festival 2026. The Event is designed to host, promote, and facilitate participation from global stakeholders within the fashion industry, including but not limited to designers, models, brands, exhibitors, media professionals, investors, and institutional representatives.

The Event includes a range of professional activities, including runway presentations, exhibitions, networking engagements, media coverage, and business-oriented interactions, all conducted under the direction, management, and control of the Organizer.

1.2 Legal Identity of the Organizer

The Event is organized, managed, and administered by Rise and Shine World Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized representatives, agents, contractors, and officially appointed partners.

The Organizer retains full authority over the planning, coordination, execution, and management of the Event, including all decisions relating to participation, programming, services, and operational matters.

1.3 Nature of the Event

The Event is a privately organized, commercially structured, and internationally oriented platform. Participation in the Event is conditional upon acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies, procedures, or guidelines issued by the Organizer.

Participation does not grant any ownership, partnership, or decision-making rights within the Event structure, and all rights remain exclusively vested in the Organizer.

2. PURPOSE OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

2.1 Binding Nature

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Organizer and any individual or entity applying for, accepted into, or participating in the Event (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).

This agreement shall take effect upon submission of an application, payment of any applicable fees, or participation in any aspect of the Event, whichever occurs first.

2.2 Legal Applicability

By engaging with the Event in any capacity, the Participant expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any amendments or updates issued by the Organizer.

No modification, variation, or waiver of these Terms shall be valid unless expressly authorized in writing by the Organizer.

3. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

3.1 Applicable Participants

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Participants without exception, including but not limited to:

  • Designers
  • Models
  • Fashion brands and exhibitors
  • Buyers and retailers
  • Media and content creators
  • Influencers and ambassadors
  • Sponsors and partners
  • VIP guests and delegates
  • Institutional and organizational representatives

3.2 Coverage of Services

These Terms govern all aspects of participation in the Event, including but not limited to:

  • Registration and application processes
  • Selection and approval procedures
  • Participation packages and services
  • Event access and engagement
  • Media, promotional, and commercial activities
  • Any ancillary or related services provided by or through the Organizer

4. LEGAL STATUS OF THE EVENT

4.1 Independent Event Status

The Event operates as an independent platform under the sole authority and discretion of the Organizer. Participation in the Event does not establish any form of legal partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship between the Organizer and any Participant.

4.2 Non-Employment Relationship

Participation in the Event shall not be construed as creating any employment, consultancy, or contractor relationship. Participants shall not be entitled to any employment rights, benefits, compensation, or claims arising from their involvement in the Event.

5. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

5.1 “Participant”

Any individual, group, or legal entity that applies for, is accepted into, or participates in the Event in any capacity.

5.2 “Organizer”

Rise and Shine World Inc., including all affiliated entities, representatives, agents, contractors, and officially authorized personnel.

5.3 “Event”

The RSW International Fashion Week 2026, including all associated programs, activities, segments, and services conducted under its name or authority.

5.4 “Services”

Any services, benefits, access, or opportunities provided by the Organizer in connection with the Event, whether included in participation packages or offered as additional services.

5.5 “Third Parties”

Any independent entities, including vendors, service providers, venues, sponsors, partners, or contractors that are not directly owned or controlled by the Organizer.

6. INTERPRETATION OF TERMS

6.1 Language Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with their ordinary legal meaning. Section headings and titles are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of any provision.

6.2 Priority of Clauses

In the event of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or conflict between provisions, the interpretation that most effectively protects the rights, authority, and interests of the Organizer shall prevail, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE

7.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language, which shall be the official and legally binding language for all purposes.

Any translation of these Terms into another language is provided for convenience only, and in the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1 Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, including all applicable federal and state legislation.

9. JURISDICTION

9.1 Courts of Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Event shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Australia.

Participants irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection to the venue or forum on the basis of inconvenience or otherwise.

SECTION GROUP 2: ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

10. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

10.1 Age Requirements

Participation in the Event is restricted to individuals who meet the minimum legal age requirement as determined by applicable laws and regulations.

All Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of application. Any applicant below the age of eighteen (18) may only participate subject to the prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and the Organizer reserves the absolute right to accept or reject such applications at its sole discretion.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for verifying parental or guardian authority beyond the documentation provided and shall bear no liability in relation to underage participation.

10.2 Professional Requirements

Participants must possess the necessary professional qualifications, experience, or demonstrated capability relevant to their selected participation category.

The Organizer reserves the right to assess the suitability, competence, and readiness of any Participant based on submitted materials, prior experience, portfolio, or other relevant criteria.

Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the Event.

11. PARTICIPANT CATEGORIES

Participants shall apply under one of the officially recognized categories as defined by the Organizer. Each category is subject to specific requirements, expectations, and limitations.

11.1 Designers

Designers must present original collections and demonstrate the ability to produce, manage, and showcase garments suitable for runway presentation.

Designers are solely responsible for ensuring that their work does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

11.2 Models

Models must meet the physical, professional, and presentation standards required for runway participation.

Models agree to participate in casting, rehearsals, and assigned shows as directed, subject to selection by designers and coordination by the Organizer.

11.3 Brands

Fashion brands and exhibitors must present legitimate products, services, or collections aligned with the scope of the Event.

Brands are responsible for the authenticity, legality, and compliance of all products and materials presented.

11.4 Media

Media representatives, content creators, and influencers must demonstrate a valid platform, audience reach, or professional relevance.

Media participants are subject to accreditation approval and must comply with media guidelines issued by the Organizer.

11.5 Others

Other categories, including buyers, sponsors, partners, VIP guests, and institutional representatives, must meet the criteria defined by the Organizer for their respective roles.

The Organizer reserves the right to define, modify, or limit participation categories at its sole discretion.

12. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

12.1 Documentation

Applicants must submit all required documentation as specified during the registration process, which may include but is not limited to:

  • Portfolio or lookbook
  • Professional profile
  • Identification documents
  • Supporting materials relevant to the selected category

Failure to submit complete and satisfactory documentation may result in rejection of the application.

12.2 Accuracy Requirement

All information provided by the Participant must be true, accurate, current, and complete.

The Participant acknowledges that any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate disqualification, withdrawal of participation rights, or termination of involvement without refund or compensation.

13. ACCEPTANCE AND APPROVAL

13.1 Review Process

All applications shall be subject to a formal review process conducted by the Organizer or its appointed selection panel.

The review process may consider factors including, but not limited to, quality, relevance, professionalism, experience, and alignment with the objectives of the Event.

13.2 Final Decision Rights

The Organizer retains the sole and absolute authority to approve, reject, or conditionally accept any application.

All decisions made by the Organizer are final, binding, and not subject to appeal, dispute, or review.

14. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

14.1 Discretion of Organizer

The Organizer reserves the unrestricted right to refuse, decline, or withdraw participation from any applicant or Participant at any stage, whether before or during the Event.

This right may be exercised for any reason deemed appropriate by the Organizer, including but not limited to concerns relating to quality, conduct, compliance, or reputational risk.

14.2 No Obligation to Justify

The Organizer shall not be required to provide any explanation, justification, or reasoning for decisions relating to refusal, rejection, or withdrawal of participation.

No correspondence, negotiation, or dispute shall be entertained in relation to such decisions.

15. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

15.1 Compliance

Participants shall comply fully with all Terms & Conditions, rules, guidelines, schedules, and instructions issued by the Organizer.

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of participation.

15.2 Conduct

Participants are required to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner at all times.

Participants shall refrain from any behavior that may disrupt the Event, damage the reputation of the Organizer, or negatively impact other Participants.

16. CODE OF CONDUCT

16.1 Professional Behavior

Participants must maintain a high standard of professionalism, including punctuality, cooperation, and adherence to event schedules and requirements.

Participants shall follow all backstage, runway, and operational protocols as directed by the Organizer.

16.2 Ethical Standards

Participants shall uphold ethical standards in all aspects of their participation, including honesty, integrity, and respect for intellectual property rights.

Any form of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior shall not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Event.

17. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

17.1 Industry Expectations

Participants are expected to meet internationally recognized fashion industry standards in terms of quality, presentation, and professionalism.

The Organizer reserves the right to evaluate and enforce such standards throughout the Event.

17.2 Quality Requirements

All materials, performances, products, and presentations must meet the quality standards established by the Organizer.

The Organizer may require modifications, adjustments, or improvements to ensure consistency with the overall standard of the Event.

Failure to meet required standards may result in restriction, reassignment, or removal from participation without liability to the Organizer.

SECTION GROUP 3: REGISTRATION & APPLICATION PROCESS

18. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

18.1 Online Registration

All Participants are required to complete registration exclusively through the official online registration platform designated and authorized by the Organizer.

The registration process shall include the submission of all required personal, professional, and category-specific information, the selection of an appropriate participation package, the selection of any applicable optional services, and the completion of all mandatory fields within the system.

The Organizer shall not recognize, process, or accept any registration submitted outside of the official platform, including but not limited to submissions made through informal communication channels, third-party platforms, or incomplete digital processes.

18.2 Submission Completion

A registration shall be deemed complete, valid, and enforceable only upon fulfillment of all of the following conditions:

  • Full and accurate completion of all required registration information
  • Selection of an official participation package
  • Selection of any applicable add-on or optional services (if applicable)
  • Successful processing and receipt of full payment

Any registration that is incomplete, partially submitted, or not accompanied by full payment shall not be considered valid and shall not grant any rights of participation in the Event.

The Participant bears full responsibility for ensuring that the registration process is properly completed and successfully submitted.

19. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

19.1 Truthful Declaration

By completing and submitting the registration, the Participant expressly represents and warrants that all information, data, and materials provided are true, accurate, complete, and not misleading in any respect.

This declaration constitutes a fundamental condition upon which participation in the Event is granted.

19.2 Liability for False Information

The Participant shall bear full legal responsibility and liability for any false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided during the registration process or thereafter.

The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any necessary action, including but not limited to restriction, suspension, or termination of participation, without refund, compensation, or liability, where any such information is found to be incorrect or deceptive.

20. REGISTRATION VALIDATION & RECORD

20.1 System-Based Validation

All registrations shall be processed, recorded, and validated through the official registration system designated by the Organizer.

The system-generated records, including but not limited to submitted data, selected packages, selected services, and payment confirmation, shall constitute the official and legally recognized record of registration.

20.2 Data Integrity and Verification

The Organizer reserves the right to review, verify, and validate any information submitted by the Participant where necessary for operational, administrative, or compliance purposes.

Where inconsistencies, discrepancies, or irregularities are identified, the Organizer may take appropriate action in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

21. CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION

21.1 Automatic Confirmation Upon Payment

Participation in the Event shall be deemed confirmed upon the successful completion of registration and the receipt of full payment of all applicable fees.

Upon confirmation of payment, the Participant shall receive an official confirmation communication issued by or on behalf of the Organizer.

No additional approval process shall be required following successful payment and confirmation.

21.2 Post-Registration Communication

Following confirmation of participation, the Organizer shall provide the Participant with further communications, including but not limited to schedules, operational guidelines, participation instructions, and relevant event information.

Participants are solely responsible for monitoring their registered communication channels and complying with all instructions and requirements issued by the Organizer.

22. PARTICIPANT STATUS

22.1 Registered Participant

A Participant who has successfully completed registration and payment shall be classified as a “Registered Participant” and shall be entitled to participate in the Event in accordance with the selected participation package and applicable terms.

22.2 Incomplete Registration

Any registration that has not been fully completed, validated, or paid shall be classified as incomplete and shall not grant any participation rights or access to the Event.

22.3 Revoked Participation Status

The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke the participation status of any Participant at any time in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to cases of breach, non-compliance, misconduct, or violation of applicable rules.

23. MISREPRESENTATION & DISQUALIFICATION

23.1 Fraud

Any act of fraud, misrepresentation, falsification of documents, misuse of the registration system, or intentional provision of misleading information shall constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

23.2 Immediate Removal

The Organizer reserves the absolute and unrestricted right to immediately disqualify, remove, or terminate the participation of any Participant at any stage of the Event where misrepresentation, non-compliance, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is identified.

Such removal shall be effected without refund, compensation, or liability of any kind to the Organizer, and without prejudice to any additional rights or remedies available under applicable law.

SECTION GROUP 4: PARTICIPATION PACKAGES & SERVICES

24. PACKAGE STRUCTURE

24.1 Defined Packages

Participation in the Event is structured through a set of predefined and fixed participation packages established by the Organizer.

Each package is clearly defined in terms of scope, access, services, and pricing, and forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between the Organizer and the Participant upon registration and payment.

The content, structure, and pricing of the packages are determined in advance and published through official Event materials. Once established and communicated, such packages shall remain fixed for the duration of the Event and shall not be subject to alteration for individual Participants.

Selection of a participation package constitutes full acceptance of the services, limitations, and conditions associated with that package.

24.2 Access Levels

Each participation package provides a specific and predetermined level of access to Event activities, facilities, and services.

Access levels are strictly limited to those expressly included within the selected package and may include, where applicable, runway participation, exhibition opportunities, backstage access, networking sessions, and event entry privileges.

The Organizer retains exclusive authority to regulate and enforce access rights and shall ensure that access is granted in accordance with the defined package structure without deviation.

Participants shall not be entitled to any access, privilege, or benefit beyond what is explicitly included within their selected package.

25. SCOPE OF SERVICES

25.1 Included Services

The services included within each participation package are limited exclusively to those expressly specified in the official package description issued by the Organizer.

Such services may include participation opportunities, coordination support, designated access rights, promotional exposure, and Event-related engagements.

No additional services, benefits, or entitlements shall be implied, inferred, or assumed beyond those expressly stated within the selected package.

25.2 Service Delivery

The Organizer shall deliver the services associated with each participation package in accordance with the Event schedule, operational requirements, and overall Event structure.

Service delivery may be subject to logistical coordination, scheduling arrangements, and resource availability. The Organizer reserves the right to determine the timing, sequence, format, and manner in which services are delivered, provided that the core elements of the selected package are fulfilled.

26. LIMITATIONS OF SERVICES

26.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes

Participation in the Event and access to any services does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

The Organizer does not guarantee commercial success, sales, contracts, partnerships, media coverage, audience engagement, or any form of professional advancement arising from participation.

Participants acknowledge that all outcomes are dependent on multiple external factors beyond the control of the Organizer.

26.2 Service Boundaries

The Organizer’s obligations are strictly confined to the services explicitly included within the selected participation package.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any additional expectations, requirements, or services not expressly defined within the package.

All additional arrangements, expenses, or services not included remain the sole responsibility of the Participant.

27. UPGRADES & MODIFICATIONS

27.1 Package Changes

Participation packages are fixed and non-modifiable once selected and confirmed through payment.

Participants shall not be entitled to alter, downgrade, or substitute their selected package after registration has been completed.

27.2 Upgrade Conditions

Where additional participation opportunities are made available by the Organizer, Participants may request an upgrade to a higher package level, subject to availability and payment of the applicable difference in fees.

All upgrades must be approved and processed by the Organizer and shall be subject to operational feasibility and Event scheduling constraints.

No downgrade or reduction of package level shall entitle the Participant to any refund, credit, or compensation.

28. ADD-ON SERVICES

28.1 Optional Services

In addition to standard participation packages, the Organizer may offer optional add-on services designed to enhance the Participant’s experience, visibility, or level of engagement.

Such services are entirely optional and may be selected at the time of registration or thereafter, subject to availability.

Selection of any add-on service constitutes acceptance of the applicable fees, conditions, and service scope associated with that service.

28.2 Availability

All add-on services are subject to operational capacity, scheduling, and availability.

The Organizer reserves the right to allocate, limit, or adjust the availability of add-on services based on logistical considerations, without affecting the validity of the Participant’s primary package.

29. NON-TRANSFERABILITY

29.1 Personal Use Only

Participation packages and associated services are issued exclusively to the registered Participant and are intended solely for use by that Participant in accordance with the selected category and package.

Participants shall not transfer, assign, share, or otherwise permit use of their participation rights by any third party without the prior written consent of the Organizer.

29.2 No Resale

Participation packages, access rights, and services may not be resold, exchanged, sublicensed, or commercially transferred under any circumstances.

Any unauthorized transfer or attempted resale shall constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate termination of participation without refund or liability to the Organizer.

SECTION GROUP 5: FEES, PAYMENTS & FINANCIAL TERMS

30. PARTICIPATION FEES

30.1 Fee Structure

All Participants are required to pay the applicable fees corresponding to their selected participation package, category, and any additional services.

The fee structure is determined and published by the Organizer and reflects the scope of participation, level of access, and services associated with each package.

All fees are fixed as stated and form an integral part of the contractual agreement between the Organizer and the Participant upon registration.

30.2 Mandatory Payments

Payment of the full participation fee is mandatory for all Participants.

No participation rights, access, or services shall be granted unless full payment has been received and confirmed by the Organizer.

Any optional services or add-ons selected by the Participant shall also be subject to full payment and shall be considered part of the total payable amount.

31. PAYMENT METHODS

31.1 Accepted Methods

Payments must be made using the methods approved and specified by the Organizer, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Credit or debit card payments
  • Online payment gateways
  • Bank transfers or other electronic payment methods

The Organizer reserves the right to define, modify, or restrict acceptable payment methods at its sole discretion.

31.2 Payment Platforms

All payments shall be processed through the official payment platforms designated by the Organizer.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that payments are completed through secure and authorized channels.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any payments made through unauthorized platforms or third-party intermediaries not approved by the Organizer.

32. PAYMENT DEADLINES

32.1 Due Dates

All payments must be completed at the time of registration or within the timeframe specified by the Organizer, where applicable.

Participation is contingent upon timely payment, and any deadlines communicated by the Organizer shall be strictly enforced.

32.2 Payment Confirmation

A payment shall be considered complete only upon successful processing and confirmation through the Organizer’s official system.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify payment status and shall rely on system records as the final confirmation of payment.

33. LATE PAYMENTS

33.1 Penalties

The Organizer reserves the right to impose administrative measures in relation to late payments, including but not limited to:

  • Suspension of access to services
  • Delay in allocation of participation opportunities
  • Restriction of Event-related privileges

33.2 Cancellation Risk

Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of participation.

In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right to reallocate the participation slot to another applicant without liability or obligation to the Participant.

34. CURRENCY & CHARGES

34.1 USD Payments

All fees are payable in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified by the Organizer.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that payments are made in the correct currency and in the full required amount.

34.2 Bank Charges

Any bank charges, transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other financial charges associated with payment shall be borne entirely by the Participant.

The Organizer must receive the full net amount of the applicable fees without deduction.

35. TAXES

35.1 Responsibility of Participant

All taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges applicable to the Participant in connection with their participation shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any tax obligations arising in the Participant’s country of residence or jurisdiction.

36. REFUND POLICY

36.1 Non-Refundable Clause

All payments made to the Organizer are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Voluntary withdrawal by the Participant
  • Inability to attend the Event
  • Visa refusal or travel restrictions
  • Personal, professional, or financial circumstances

36.2 Exceptions (if any)

Any exception to the non-refundable policy shall be made solely at the discretion of the Organizer and must be expressly confirmed in writing.

No Participant shall have any automatic entitlement to a refund under any circumstances.

37. CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

37.1 No Refund

Where a Participant chooses to cancel their participation after registration and payment, no refund, credit, or transfer of fees shall be provided.

The Participant acknowledges and accepts full financial responsibility for such cancellation.

37.2 Written Notice

Participants wishing to cancel their participation must notify the Organizer in writing through the official communication channels.

Such notice shall not affect the financial obligations of the Participant as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

38. CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZER

38.1 Event Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Event, in whole or in part, due to operational, logistical, legal, or external factors beyond its control.

Such changes may include adjustments to dates, venues, schedules, or format.

38.2 Limited Liability

In the event of cancellation, postponement, or modification of the Event, the Organizer’s liability shall be strictly limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses incurred by the Participant, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, or loss of business opportunities.

SECTION GROUP 6: ACCOMMODATION, TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

39. NATURE OF SUPPORT

39.1 Coordination Only

Where accommodation, transport, or related logistical support is referenced in connection with the Event, such support is provided strictly on a coordination and facilitation basis only.

The Organizer may, at its discretion, provide guidance, recommendations, or assistance in identifying accommodation providers, transport options, or logistical arrangements. However, the Organizer does not provide, own, or directly operate such services unless expressly stated.

All arrangements remain independent transactions between the Participant and the respective third-party service providers.

40. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

40.1 Accommodation

Participants are solely responsible for arranging, securing, and paying for their own accommodation for the duration of the Event.

Participants must ensure that accommodation arrangements are suitable, confirmed, and aligned with their personal schedules and participation requirements.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any accommodation-related issues, including but not limited to availability, quality, cancellations, or disputes with service providers.

40.2 Travel

Participants are solely responsible for organizing and funding their travel to and from the Event location, including international and domestic transportation.

Participants must ensure timely arrival, appropriate scheduling, and compliance with all travel requirements necessary to participate in the Event.

The Organizer shall bear no responsibility for missed flights, delays, cancellations, or any travel-related disruptions.

41. ACCOMMODATION DISCLAIMER

41.1 No Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or dispute arising in connection with accommodation arrangements made by or on behalf of the Participant.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Booking errors or cancellations
  • Quality or condition of accommodation
  • Service deficiencies
  • Financial disputes with accommodation providers

Any issues relating to accommodation must be resolved directly between the Participant and the relevant third-party provider.

42. TRANSPORT DISCLAIMER

42.1 No Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for any issues, losses, or damages arising from transport arrangements made by or on behalf of the Participant.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections
  • Local transport issues
  • Accidents, disruptions, or service failures
  • Costs arising from changes in travel plans

All transportation arrangements are undertaken at the Participant’s own risk and responsibility.

43. VISA RESPONSIBILITY

43.1 Participant Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, permits, and entry authorizations required to travel to and participate in the Event.

The Organizer may provide supporting documentation, such as invitation letters, at its discretion; however, the Organizer does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.

Failure to obtain a visa or entry authorization shall not entitle the Participant to any refund, compensation, or transfer of participation rights.

43.2 Compliance with Immigration Laws

All Participants, particularly international applicants, are strictly required to comply with all immigration laws, visa conditions, and entry regulations of the host country.

Participants must ensure that their activities during their stay are fully aligned with the conditions of their visa and must not engage in any activities that violate immigration or legal requirements.

43.3 Obligation to Depart

International Participants expressly agree and undertake that upon completion of their participation in the Event, they shall depart the host country in accordance with the conditions and validity period of their visa.

Failure to comply with this obligation shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant and shall not create any liability or obligation on the part of the Organizer.

43.4 Supervision During Visa Validity

For the purpose of Event coordination, Participants acknowledge that during the official period of the Event and within the validity of their participation, they may be under the general coordination and supervision of the Organizer in relation to Event activities only.

Such supervision shall be limited strictly to Event-related coordination and shall not constitute legal responsibility, sponsorship liability, or immigration control by the Organizer.

44. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

44.1 Legal Compliance

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all travel documentation is valid, accurate, and compliant with the legal requirements of the destination country, including passport validity, visa conditions, and any applicable entry regulations.

Participants must also comply with all immigration, customs, and border control requirements.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any denial of entry, deportation, overstay penalties, or legal consequences arising from non-compliance with such requirements.

SECTION GROUP 7: RUNWAY, CASTING & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

45. MODEL CASTING

45.1 Selection Process

All models participating in the Event shall be subject to an official casting and selection process coordinated by the Organizer.

The casting process may be conducted through physical auditions, digital submissions, or a combination of both, depending on operational requirements.

Selection shall be based on professional suitability, category requirements, presentation standards, and alignment with designer needs and Event objectives.

45.2 Organizer Coordination

The Organizer shall oversee and coordinate the casting process to ensure fairness, professionalism, and alignment with Event standards.

The Organizer reserves the right to determine the format, criteria, and outcome of the casting process.

45.3 Final Casting Authority

Final approval of models for participation in runway shows shall remain subject to the combined discretion of the Organizer and participating designers.

Participation in casting does not guarantee selection for any runway show.

46. DESIGNER RIGHTS

46.1 Model Selection

Designers shall have the right to select models from the pool of approved models provided by the Organizer.

Model selection shall be conducted in accordance with the creative direction, requirements, and presentation standards of each designer’s collection.

46.2 Creative Control

Designers retain creative control over the presentation of their collections, including styling, sequencing, and overall runway concept, subject to compliance with Event guidelines.

46.3 Compliance with Event Standards

All designer decisions, including model selection and presentation format, must comply with the professional, ethical, and operational standards established by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to intervene or require adjustments where necessary to maintain Event integrity.

47. RUNWAY SCHEDULING

47.1 Allocation

Runway schedules shall be developed, coordinated, and allocated exclusively by the Organizer.

Scheduling decisions shall take into account operational requirements, Event programming, participant categories, and overall Event flow.

Participants shall be assigned specific time slots, dates, and sequences for their runway participation.

47.2 Scheduling Authority

The Organizer retains full authority over all scheduling decisions and may adjust schedules as required to ensure the smooth execution of the Event.

Participants shall not have the right to request or demand specific time slots unless expressly approved by the Organizer.

48. SHOW ALLOCATION

48.1 Organizer Discretion

Allocation of runway shows, presentation slots, and participation opportunities shall be determined solely at the discretion of the Organizer.

The Organizer may allocate, reassign, or modify show placements based on operational considerations, Event structure, or overall program balance.

48.2 No Guaranteed Placement

Selection of a participation package does not guarantee placement in a specific show, time slot, or program segment beyond the general scope of the package.

48.3 Allocation Adjustments

The Organizer reserves the right to adjust allocations where necessary, including changes to show structure, sequence, or format.

49. PROGRAM CHANGES

49.1 Right to Modify

The Organizer reserves the absolute right to modify, adjust, reschedule, restructure, or reorganize any aspect of the Event program at any time.

Such modifications may include changes to runway schedules, show formats, participant allocations, or Event timelines.

49.2 Operational Necessity

Program changes may be made for operational, logistical, safety, or strategic reasons and shall be considered a normal part of Event management.

49.3 Participant Obligation to Adapt

Participants shall be required to comply with all program changes and shall not be entitled to any claim, compensation, or objection arising from such modifications.

50. REHEARSALS

50.1 Attendance Required

All Participants required to attend rehearsals must do so in accordance with the schedule communicated by the Organizer.

Attendance at rehearsals is mandatory where specified and forms a critical part of Event preparation.

50.2 Compliance with Instructions

Participants must follow all instructions provided during rehearsals, including timing, positioning, and performance guidelines.

50.3 Consequences of Non-Attendance

Failure to attend rehearsals or comply with rehearsal requirements may result in removal from specific shows or limitation of participation, at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

51. BACKSTAGE REGULATIONS

51.1 Conduct Rules

Participants must adhere strictly to all backstage rules, protocols, and instructions issued by the Organizer.

Backstage areas are restricted zones, and access shall be limited to authorized individuals only.

51.2 Access Control

The Organizer reserves the right to control and restrict access to backstage areas at all times.

Unauthorized entry, interference, or disruption within backstage areas is strictly prohibited.

51.3 Professional Environment

Participants must maintain a professional and respectful environment backstage, including cooperation with staff, fellow participants, and Event personnel.

51.4 Safety and Order

Participants must comply with all safety guidelines and operational procedures to ensure an orderly and secure backstage environment.

51.5 Enforcement Measures

Any breach of backstage regulations may result in immediate removal from backstage areas, restriction of participation, or further disciplinary action as deemed appropriate by the Organizer.

SECTION GROUP 8: MEDIA, IMAGE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

52. MEDIA CONSENT

52.1 Mandatory Consent

By registering for and participating in the Event, the Participant grants full and irrevocable consent to the Organizer to capture, record, photograph, film, and otherwise document their participation in any form of media.

Such consent is a mandatory condition of participation and applies to all Event-related activities, including runway shows, backstage activities, interviews, and public appearances.

52.2 Scope of Consent

The consent granted shall apply to all forms of media, including but not limited to photography, video recording, live streaming, digital content, broadcast media, and future technological formats.

52.3 Waiver of Approval Rights

Participants waive any right to inspect, review, or approve any media content created by the Organizer or its authorized partners.

53. IMAGE RIGHTS

53.1 Use of Likeness

Participants grant the Organizer the unrestricted right to use their name, image, likeness, voice, performance, and biographical information in connection with the Event.

Such use may include promotional, commercial, editorial, and marketing purposes across all platforms.

53.2 Duration of Rights

The rights granted under this clause shall be perpetual, worldwide, and not limited in time.

53.3 No Compensation

Participants acknowledge and agree that no compensation, royalties, or financial benefits shall be payable for the use of their image or likeness as permitted under these Terms.

54. RECORDING RIGHTS

54.1 Broadcasting

The Organizer reserves the exclusive right to record, broadcast, stream, reproduce, and distribute any aspect of the Event in any format or medium.

This includes live broadcasts, delayed transmissions, online streaming, and distribution across digital and traditional media platforms.

54.2 Third-Party Media Rights

The Organizer may grant rights to third-party media partners, broadcasters, and content distributors to record, broadcast, or publish Event-related content.

Participants consent to such third-party use without restriction.

54.3 Participant Restrictions on Recording

Participants shall not record, stream, or distribute Event content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from the Organizer.

55. ORGANIZER USAGE

55.1 Marketing Use

The Organizer shall have the unrestricted right to use all media content captured during the Event for promotional, advertising, branding, and commercial purposes.

This includes use across websites, social media, press releases, marketing campaigns, and future Event promotions.

55.2 Archival Use

The Organizer may retain, archive, and reuse Event content indefinitely for historical, promotional, or commercial purposes.

55.3 Editing and Adaptation Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to edit, modify, adapt, combine, or otherwise alter media content without limitation.

56. PARTICIPANT OWNERSHIP

56.1 Limited Rights

Participants retain ownership of their original designs, creative works, and intellectual property submitted or presented during the Event.

However, such ownership is subject to the rights granted to the Organizer under these Terms.

56.2 License to Organizer

Participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote such works in connection with the Event.

56.3 No Exclusive Claims Against Organizer

Participants shall not assert any claims against the Organizer for the use of their content within the scope of the rights granted under these Terms.

57. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

57.1 Protection

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials, designs, content, and works presented during the Event do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any claims arising from such infringement.

57.2 Indemnity

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from intellectual property disputes related to their participation.

57.3 Organizer Intellectual Property

All Event-related branding, trademarks, logos, materials, and content created by or for the Organizer remain the exclusive property of the Organizer.

Participants shall not use, reproduce, or distribute such materials without prior written consent.

SECTION GROUP 9: BRANDING, PROMOTION & PUBLICITY

58. PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS

58.1 Organizer Rights

The Organizer retains the exclusive and unrestricted right to promote, advertise, publicize, and market the Event in any manner deemed appropriate.

This includes the right to feature Participants, their names, brands, images, and associated content in promotional campaigns, publicity materials, and Event communications.

58.2 Scope of Promotional Activities

Promotional activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital marketing campaigns
  • Social media promotions
  • Print and broadcast media
  • Public relations and press releases
  • Event advertising and sponsorship promotions

58.3 Commercial Use of Promotion

The Organizer reserves the right to use promotional materials for commercial purposes, including partnerships, sponsorship visibility, and revenue-generating activities.

Participants acknowledge that such promotional use forms part of the value of the Event and does not entitle them to any financial compensation.

59. BRAND REPRESENTATION

59.1 Guidelines

Participants shall ensure that all branding, messaging, and representation associated with their participation aligns with the professional standards, values, and image of the Event.

All branding must be appropriate, lawful, and respectful of cultural, social, and industry standards.

59.2 Compliance with Event Image

The Organizer reserves the right to require modification, removal, or restriction of any branding, content, or presentation that is deemed inappropriate, non-compliant, or detrimental to the reputation of the Event.

59.3 Responsibility for Brand Content

Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their branding, materials, and representations.

Any disputes or claims arising from brand content shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant.

60. MARKETING MATERIALS

60.1 Approval

The Organizer reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any marketing materials intended for use within the Event, including but not limited to:

  • Promotional banners
  • Visual displays
  • Printed materials
  • Digital content

Approval may be required prior to use, and failure to obtain approval where required may result in restriction or removal.

60.2 Compliance Requirements

All marketing materials must comply with Event standards, applicable laws, and intellectual property requirements.

60.3 Removal of Non-Compliant Materials

The Organizer reserves the right to remove, restrict, or prohibit any materials that do not meet required standards without prior notice.

61. MEDIA OBLIGATIONS

61.1 Participation

Participants may be required to engage in media-related activities as part of their participation, including interviews, press appearances, and promotional engagements.

Participation in such activities shall be conducted in a professional manner consistent with the standards of the Event.

61.2 Cooperation with Media

Participants agree to cooperate with the Organizer and authorized media representatives in facilitating coverage of the Event.

61.3 No Obligation for Media Exposure

The Organizer does not guarantee media coverage, publicity, or exposure for any Participant.

62. SOCIAL MEDIA

62.1 Conduct

Participants shall conduct themselves responsibly on all social media platforms in relation to the Event.

Participants must refrain from posting content that is defamatory, misleading, offensive, or damaging to the reputation of the Organizer, the Event, or other Participants.

62.2 Use of Event Branding

Participants may use Event branding, hashtags, or references only in accordance with guidelines provided by the Organizer.

Unauthorized or misleading use of Event branding is strictly prohibited.

62.3 Monitoring and Enforcement

The Organizer reserves the right to monitor social media activity related to the Event and to take appropriate action in response to violations of these Terms.

Such action may include content removal requests, restriction of participation, or further disciplinary measures.

SECTION GROUP 10: COMMERCIAL & BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT

63. BUSINESS INTERACTION

63.1 Independent Agreements

All business interactions, negotiations, collaborations, and transactions conducted between Participants during or in connection with the Event shall be undertaken independently between the respective parties.

The Organizer shall not be a party to, nor shall it be involved in, any agreements, negotiations, or commercial arrangements entered into between Participants.

63.2 No Agency or Representation

Nothing in the Event shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture, or representative relationship between the Organizer and any Participant in relation to business dealings.

Participants act solely in their own capacity and on their own behalf.

63.3 Commercial Risk

All commercial risks arising from interactions between Participants shall be borne entirely by the respective parties involved.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for any losses, disputes, or outcomes arising from such interactions.

64. BUYER ENGAGEMENT

64.1 No Guarantees

The Organizer does not guarantee any level of buyer attendance, interest, engagement, or purchasing activity during the Event.

Participation in the Event does not ensure any business opportunities, orders, or commercial outcomes.

64.2 Access Facilitation Only

The Organizer may facilitate opportunities for interaction between Participants and buyers; however, such facilitation does not constitute endorsement, representation, or guarantee of any form of engagement.

64.3 Independent Decision-Making

All decisions made by buyers, including purchasing decisions, partnerships, or collaborations, are made independently and are not influenced or controlled by the Organizer.

65. COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS

65.1 Participant Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for negotiating, entering into, and fulfilling any commercial agreements with other Participants, buyers, or third parties.

All contractual obligations arising from such agreements shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant.

65.2 Due Diligence

Participants are responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to entering into any commercial agreement.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for verifying the credibility, reliability, or financial standing of any Participant or third party.

65.3 Dispute Resolution Between Parties

Any disputes arising from commercial agreements shall be resolved directly between the parties involved without involvement of the Organizer.

66. NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE

66.1 Sales / Contracts

The Organizer does not guarantee any sales, contracts, partnerships, investments, or business outcomes resulting from participation in the Event.

Participants acknowledge that all commercial success depends on independent factors beyond the control of the Organizer.

66.2 No Financial Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or unsuccessful business engagements experienced by Participants.

67. SHIPPING, FREIGHT & LOGISTICS RESPONSIBILITY

67.1 Participant Responsibility for Shipping

All Participants, including international applicants, are solely responsible for the shipment, transportation, and delivery of their products, collections, materials, or equipment to and from the Event location.

67.2 Freight and Logistics Arrangements

Participants must independently arrange all freight, courier, or logistics services required for their participation.

The Organizer does not provide shipping, freight handling, or logistics services unless expressly agreed in writing.

67.3 Risk of Loss or Damage

All goods shipped to or from the Event shall be at the sole risk of the Participant.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or mishandling of goods during transit or at any stage of logistics handling.

68. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXATION

68.1 Customs Compliance

Participants are solely responsible for complying with all customs regulations, import/export laws, and border control requirements applicable to their goods.

68.2 Duties and Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and any other governmental charges shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant.

68.3 Documentation Requirements

Participants must ensure that all shipping documentation, declarations, and permits are accurate and complete.

The Organizer shall not be responsible for delays, confiscations, or penalties arising from non-compliance.

69. STORAGE & HANDLING OF GOODS

69.1 Limited Organizer Responsibility

The Organizer does not assume responsibility for storage, handling, or safekeeping of Participant goods unless expressly agreed.

69.2 Participant Responsibility for Security

Participants are responsible for ensuring the security, insurance, and protection of their goods at all times.

69.3 No Liability for Loss or Damage

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to goods occurring at the Event venue or any related location.

SECTION GROUP 11: HEALTH, SAFETY & SECURITY

70. COMPLIANCE

70.1 Regulations

All Participants are required to comply fully with all applicable laws, regulations, health directives, and safety requirements in force at the Event location.

This includes compliance with local, national, and international regulations relating to public safety, health standards, venue rules, and any directives issued by relevant authorities.

70.2 Organizer Policies and Protocols

Participants must comply with all health, safety, and operational policies issued by the Organizer, including any updates communicated before or during the Event.

Such policies may include, but are not limited to, crowd management protocols, restricted access areas, and operational safety procedures.

70.3 Enforcement of Compliance

The Organizer reserves the right to enforce compliance with all applicable regulations and may take immediate action, including restriction of access or removal from the Event, where non-compliance is identified.

71. INSURANCE

71.1 Participant Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage in relation to their participation in the Event.

Such insurance may include, but is not limited to:

  • Personal accident insurance
  • Health and medical insurance
  • Travel insurance
  • Property and equipment insurance
  • Public liability insurance (where applicable)

71.2 No Organizer Insurance Coverage

The Organizer does not provide insurance coverage for Participants under any circumstances.

Participants acknowledge that they participate at their own risk and must ensure adequate insurance protection.

71.3 Proof of Insurance

The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of insurance from any Participant and may restrict participation where adequate coverage is not demonstrated.

72. PERSONAL SAFETY

72.1 Conduct

Participants are required to conduct themselves in a manner that prioritizes personal safety and the safety of others at all times.

Participants must comply with all instructions provided by the Organizer, venue staff, and authorized personnel in relation to safety and security.

72.2 Assumption of Risk

Participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, crowded environments, and use of event facilities.

Participants acknowledge and accept all such risks and agree to participate at their own discretion and responsibility.

72.3 Responsibility for Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings at all times.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

73. EMERGENCY

73.1 Procedures

Participants must comply with all emergency procedures and instructions issued by the Organizer, venue management, or emergency services.

This includes evacuation procedures, safety briefings, and response protocols in the event of an emergency.

73.2 Cooperation with Authorities

Participants must cooperate fully with emergency responders, security personnel, and authorized officials in any emergency situation.

73.3 Organizer Authority in Emergencies

The Organizer reserves the right to take any necessary action during an emergency to ensure the safety and security of all individuals, including modification, suspension, or termination of Event activities.

73.4 Limitation of Responsibility in Emergencies

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or disruption arising from emergency situations, including actions taken to protect health and safety.

SECTION GROUP 12: LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

74. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

74.1 Maximum Protection

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer’s liability to any Participant, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be strictly limited.

Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of reputation, or any financial or commercial losses arising from participation in the Event.

74.2 Financial Limitation

In any event, the total aggregate liability of the Organizer, if any, shall not exceed the amount of participation fees actually paid by the Participant.

74.3 Exclusion of Implied Warranties

The Organizer makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Event, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or expected outcomes.

75. NO LIABILITY

75.1 Loss / Damage

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience suffered by any Participant in connection with the Event.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Financial losses
  • Business losses
  • Personal inconvenience
  • Loss of opportunities

75.2 Third-Party Actions

The Organizer shall not be responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any third parties, including other Participants, vendors, service providers, or venue operators.

75.3 External Factors

76. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Participants are solely responsible for the care, custody, and control of all personal property, equipment, materials, and valuables brought to or used during the Event.

76.2 No Safekeeping Obligation

The Organizer does not assume any obligation for the safekeeping, storage, or protection of Participant property at any time.

76.3 Risk of Loss

All property is brought to the Event at the Participant’s own risk.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to property, whether occurring before, during, or after the Event.

77. FORCE MAJEURE

77.1 Uncontrollable Events

The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Acts of government or regulatory authorities
  • War, civil unrest, or terrorism
  • Public health emergencies or pandemics
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions
  • Technical or infrastructure failures

77.2 Impact on Event

In the event of force majeure, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the Event or any part thereof without liability.

77.3 No Compensation

Participants shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, or damages arising from force majeure events.

SECTION GROUP 13: DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS & TERMINATION

78. BREACH OF TERMS

78.1 Violations

Any failure by a Participant to comply with these Terms & Conditions, Event rules, or any instructions issued by the Organizer shall constitute a breach.

Violations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Non-compliance with Event policies
  • Misconduct or disruptive behavior
  • Breach of professional or ethical standards
  • Misuse of Event access, services, or privileges

78.2 Determination of Breach

The determination of whether a breach has occurred shall be made solely by the Organizer, whose decision shall be final and binding.

78.3 Consequences of Breach

Upon identification of a breach, the Organizer may impose appropriate measures, including warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination of participation.

79. DISQUALIFICATION

79.1 Immediate Removal

The Organizer reserves the absolute right to disqualify and remove any Participant from the Event immediately where serious violations, misconduct, or non-compliance are identified.

Such removal may occur at any stage of the Event, including before, during, or after participation activities.

79.2 Grounds for Disqualification

Grounds for disqualification may include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • Breach of Event rules or policies
  • Conduct that damages the reputation of the Event
  • Failure to meet required standards

79.3 Effect of Disqualification

Disqualification shall result in immediate loss of all participation rights, access privileges, and associated benefits.

80. SUSPENSION

80.1 Temporary Ban

The Organizer may impose a temporary suspension on any Participant where necessary to address violations, investigate concerns, or maintain Event integrity.

During suspension, the Participant may be restricted from participating in certain or all Event activities.

80.2 Conditions of Suspension

The Organizer may specify conditions for reinstatement, including compliance with corrective measures or fulfillment of outstanding obligations.

80.3 Duration of Suspension

The duration of any suspension shall be determined solely by the Organizer and may be extended or converted into termination where necessary.

81. TERMINATION

81.1 Organizer Rights

The Organizer reserves the full and unrestricted right to terminate the participation of any Participant at any time, with or without prior notice, where it is deemed necessary to protect the integrity, safety, or reputation of the Event.

81.2 Grounds for Termination

Termination may be based on, but is not limited to:

  • Serious or repeated breaches of these Terms
  • Failure to comply with Event requirements
  • Actions that create legal, operational, or reputational risk

81.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the Participant shall immediately cease all participation and shall lose all associated rights, access, and privileges.

The Organizer may also take further actions deemed necessary to enforce compliance or prevent further breaches.

82. NO COMPENSATION

82.1 Financial Protection

Participants acknowledge and agree that any disciplinary action, including disqualification, suspension, or termination, shall not entitle them to any refund, compensation, or financial reimbursement.

82.2 No Liability for Enforcement Actions

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience suffered by the Participant as a result of disciplinary or enforcement actions taken in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

SECTION GROUP 14: DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

83. DATA COLLECTION

83.1 Personal Data

The Organizer may collect, store, and process personal data of Participants in connection with their registration, participation, and engagement in the Event.

Such personal data may include, but is not limited to:

  • Full name and identification details

  • Professional and portfolio information
  • Payment and transaction details
  • Any other information submitted through the registration process

83.2 Methods of Collection

Personal data may be collected through online registration forms, communications, submissions, and interactions with the Organizer’s systems and platforms.

83.3 Accuracy of Data Provided

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all personal data provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Participant.

84. DATA USAGE

84.1 Purpose

Personal data collected by the Organizer shall be used for purposes related to the planning, organization, and execution of the Event.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Registration processing and participant management
  • Communication of Event-related information
  • Coordination of participation and services
  • Operational, administrative, and logistical purposes

The Organizer may use collected data internally for analysis, planning, and improvement of Event operations and future activities.

84.3 Sharing with Authorized Parties

85.2 Limitation of Liability

While the Organizer takes reasonable measures to safeguard data, it shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or security incidents beyond its reasonable control.

The Organizer reserves the right to retain personal data for as long as necessary for Event-related purposes, legal compliance, or operational needs.

86. CONSENT

86.1 Agreement

By registering for and participating in the Event, the Participant expressly consents to the collection, use, storage, and processing of their personal data in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

86.2 Withdrawal of Consent

Participants may request withdrawal of consent for data processing; however, such withdrawal may affect their ability to participate in the Event or receive related services.

86.3 Acknowledgment of Rights

87. RIGHT TO AMEND

The Organizer reserves the full, absolute, and unrestricted right to amend, modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Amendments may apply to any part of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to participation rules, operational procedures, and administrative requirements.

All amendments shall become binding upon publication or communication by the Organizer, unless otherwise stated.

Continued participation in the Event shall constitute acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.

88. UPDATES

88.1 Notifications

The Organizer shall make reasonable efforts to communicate updates or amendments to Participants through official communication channels, including email, official platforms, or Event announcements.

88.2 Method of Communication

Updates may be communicated through digital platforms, written notices, or any other official means deemed appropriate by the Organizer.

88.3 No Obligation for Individual Notice

The Organizer shall not be obligated to provide individual or personal notification to each Participant.

Participants are responsible for staying informed of any updates or changes.

89. RESPONSIBILITY

89.1 Participant Duty

Participants are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and complying with the most current version of these Terms & Conditions.

89.2 Acceptance of Changes

Failure to review updates shall not relieve Participants of their obligations under the revised Terms.

Participation in the Event following any amendment shall constitute full acceptance of such changes.

89.3 No Claims for Amendments

Participants shall not be entitled to any claim, compensation, or objection arising from amendments made by the Organizer in accordance with this section.

SECTION GROUP 16: FINAL PROVISIONS

90. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and the Participant in relation to participation in the Event.

They supersede and replace all prior communications, negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of participation.

90.2 No Reliance on External Statements

Participants acknowledge that they have not relied on any representations, statements, or assurances not expressly set out in these Terms & Conditions.

No external communication shall have any legal effect unless formally incorporated into these Terms.

91. SEVERABILITY

91.1 Clause Validity

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms.

91.2 Continuation of Remaining Provisions

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalidity of any single clause.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure of communication resulting from incorrect or outdated contact details.

93.3 Deemed Receipt of Communication

Any notice, instruction, or communication issued by the Organizer shall be deemed received once sent through official channels.

94. ASSIGNMENT

94.1 Organizer Rights to Assign

The Organizer shall have the unrestricted right to assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any affiliated entity, partner, successor, or third party without prior consent of the Participant.

94.2 Participant Restriction

Participants shall not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of their rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Organizer.

95. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

95.1 Independent Parties

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between the Organizer and any Participant.

95.2 No Authority to Bind

Participants shall have no authority to represent, bind, or act on behalf of the Organizer in any capacity.

96. NO THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

96.1 Limitation of Rights

These Terms & Conditions are intended solely for the benefit of the Organizer and the Participant.

96.2 Exclusion of Third Parties

No third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

97. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

97.1 Digital Acceptance

Submission of the online registration form and completion of payment shall constitute a legally binding electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

97.2 Legal Validity

Such electronic acceptance shall have the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.

98. SURVIVAL OF CLAUSES

Any provisions of these Terms & Conditions which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall remain in full force and effect after the conclusion of the Event.
