These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Rise and Shine World Inc., including its affiliates, representatives, agents, and authorized partners (collectively referred to as the “Organizer”), and all participants of the Festival.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application, registering, participating, attending, or engaging in any Festival-related activity, all participants expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety without limitation or reservation.

1.4 Condition of Participation

Participation in the Festival is strictly conditional upon full acceptance of these Terms. Any participant who does not agree to these Terms shall not be eligible to participate in any capacity.

2. Purpose of the Terms & Conditions

2.1 Regulatory Purpose

These Terms are intended to establish a comprehensive legal and operational framework governing the Festival, including but not limited to participation, submissions, rights, obligations, conduct, and enforcement.

2.2 Protection of Rights and Interests

These Terms are designed to protect the rights, interests, and legal positions of the Organizer, participants, partners, sponsors, and all associated stakeholders.

2.3 Professional Standards

These Terms ensure that the Festival operates in accordance with internationally recognized standards of professionalism, fairness, transparency, and integrity within the global film and creative industries.

2.4 Legal Clarity

These Terms provide clarity and certainty regarding the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of all parties involved in the Festival.

3. Scope of Application

3.1 Applicability

These Terms apply to all individuals and entities participating in, engaging with, or interacting with the Festival, including but not limited to filmmakers, actors, producers, directors, industry professionals, delegates, sponsors, partners, media representatives, vendors, and service providers.

3.2 Coverage of Activities

These Terms govern all Festival-related activities, including but not limited to registration, film submission, selection processes, screenings, industry platforms, networking events, awards, media engagement, financial transactions, and all associated operations.

3.3 Physical and Digital Application

These Terms apply to all Festival activities conducted in physical venues as well as those conducted through digital platforms, including online submissions, virtual screenings, and electronic communications.

3.4 Continuous Application

These Terms remain applicable throughout the entire duration of the Festival and continue to apply to any post-Festival activities, obligations, or engagements arising from participation.

4. Legal Status of the Festival

4.1 Organizer Authority

The Festival is organized, managed, and administered by Rise and Shine World Inc., which retains full authority over all aspects of the Festival, including planning, programming, operations, and governance.

4.2 Independent Event Status

The Festival operates as an independent international event and is not affiliated with any external organization unless explicitly stated by the Organizer.

4.3 Discretion of the Organizer

The Organizer retains full discretion to determine all matters related to the Festival, including but not limited to participation, selection, scheduling, programming, and operational decisions.

4.4 No Employment Relationship

Participation in the Festival does not establish any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between participants and the Organizer.

4.5 Compliance with Laws

The Festival operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and international standards governing events, intellectual property, and commercial activities.

5. Definitions

5.1 Defined Terms

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• “Festival” refers to the RSW International Film Festival 2026.

• “Organizer” refers to Rise and Shine World Inc., including its affiliates, representatives, agents, and authorized partners.

• “Participant” refers to any individual or entity registered, applying, or engaging in the Festival.

• “Submission” refers to any film, content, or material submitted to the Festival for consideration.

• “Accreditation” refers to official authorization granted by the Organizer for participation and access.

• “Platform” refers to any physical venue or digital environment associated with the Festival.

5.2 Interpretation of Definitions

Defined terms shall apply equally in singular and plural forms and shall include all grammatical variations unless otherwise specified.

6. Interpretation of Terms

6.1 General Interpretation

These Terms shall be interpreted in a fair, reasonable, and commercially appropriate manner consistent with international practices within the film and entertainment industry.

6.2 Headings

Section headings and titles are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

6.3 Inclusive Language

Words such as “including” or “includes” shall be interpreted as “including without limitation.”

6.4 Authority of Interpretation

In the event of ambiguity or inconsistency, the Organizer shall have the sole authority to interpret these Terms and determine their application.

7. Official Language

7.1 Primary Language

The official language of the Festival and these Terms is English.

7.2 Prevailing Version

In the event of any translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail and be considered the authoritative version.

7.3 Communication Requirement

All official communications, documentation, and correspondence related to the Festival shall be conducted in English unless otherwise determined by the Organizer.

8. Governing Law

8.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Festival is organized and operated.

8.2 Legal Compliance

All participants agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws relevant to their participation in the Festival.

9. Jurisdiction

9.1 Exclusive Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Festival shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated by the Organizer.

9.2 Submission to Jurisdiction

Participants expressly agree to submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objections related to venue or jurisdiction.

9.3 International Application

This jurisdiction clause applies to all participants regardless of their country of residence, and participation constitutes acceptance of this legal framework.

SECTION GROUP 2: FESTIVAL IDENTITY & BRAND RIGHTS

10. Use of Festival Name & Logo

10.1 Ownership of Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the name “RSW International Film Festival 2026,” including all associated logos, trademarks, service marks, branding elements, visual identity, designs, and related materials (collectively referred to as the “Festival Identity”), are the exclusive property of the Organizer.

10.2 Limited License for Use

Participants may only use the Festival Identity strictly for purposes directly related to their approved participation in the Festival and only upon prior written authorization from the Organizer.

10.3 Scope of Permitted Use

Any authorized use of the Festival Identity shall be limited to:

• Promotion of officially selected films

• Announcements of participation in the Festival

• Approved marketing and communication materials directly related to the Festival

Such use must comply with all branding guidelines issued by the Organizer.

10.4 Prohibition of Unauthorized Use

Participants shall not use the Festival Identity for any purpose beyond the scope of permitted use, including but not limited to commercial exploitation, misleading promotion, or association with unrelated products, services, or events.

10.5 Modification Restrictions

Participants are strictly prohibited from altering, modifying, distorting, or creating derivative versions of the Festival Identity in any form.

10.6 Withdrawal of Permission

The Organizer reserves the right to revoke any authorization granted for the use of the Festival Identity at any time without prior notice if such use is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

11. Branding Restrictions

11.1 Compliance with Branding Guidelines

All participants must adhere strictly to the official branding and communication guidelines provided by the Organizer when referencing or displaying the Festival Identity.

11.2 Prohibition of Misleading Representation

Participants shall not use the Festival Identity in any manner that may mislead the public into believing:

• That they are official representatives of the Festival

• That their participation implies endorsement or sponsorship by the Organizer

• That they hold any status beyond what has been formally granted

11.3 Commercial Use Restrictions

The Festival Identity shall not be used for commercial purposes, including advertising, sponsorship solicitation, merchandising, or monetization, without prior written consent from the Organizer.

11.4 Association Restrictions

Participants shall not associate the Festival Identity with any content, activity, or entity that is unlawful, unethical, offensive, defamatory, or inconsistent with the values and standards of the Festival.

11.5 Third-Party Use

Participants shall not grant, transfer, sublicense, or permit any third party to use the Festival Identity without the prior written approval of the Organizer.

11.6 Digital and Online Use

All use of the Festival Identity on digital platforms, including websites, social media, and online publications, must comply with the Organizer’s guidelines and shall not misrepresent the Festival or its activities.

12. Unauthorized Representation

12.1 Prohibition of False Representation

No participant or third party shall represent themselves as an official agent, partner, representative, or spokesperson of the Festival without explicit written authorization from the Organizer.

12.2 Misuse of Festival Identity

Any use of the Festival Identity that falsely implies affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or official status shall be considered a material breach of these Terms.

12.3 Fraudulent Activities

Any attempt to use the Festival Identity for fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to soliciting funds, misleading participants, or engaging in deceptive practices, is strictly prohibited.

12.4 Reporting Obligations

Participants who become aware of any unauthorized use, misuse, or infringement of the Festival Identity are required to promptly notify the Organizer.

12.5 Enforcement Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary actions, including legal proceedings, to prevent, stop, or remedy any unauthorized use or representation of the Festival Identity.

12.6 Liability for Unauthorized Use

Any individual or entity engaging in unauthorized use or representation of the Festival Identity shall be fully liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from such actions.

SECTION GROUP 3: ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

13. Eligibility Criteria

13.1 General Eligibility

Participation in the Festival is open to individuals and entities from all countries, subject to compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

13.2 Minimum Requirements

All participants must meet the minimum eligibility requirements as determined by the Organizer, including but not limited to:

• Submission of accurate and complete information

• Compliance with Festival rules, policies, and procedures

• Fulfillment of any applicable registration and payment requirements

13.3 Legal Capacity

Participants must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Where a participant is under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, participation must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

13.4 Professional Eligibility

Participants must ensure that their participation, submissions, and activities comply with professional and ethical standards applicable to the film and creative industries.

13.5 Compliance with Laws

Participants must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to laws related to intellectual property, content, and public conduct.

13.6 Disqualification Criteria

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false or misleading information

• Fails to meet eligibility requirements

• Violates these Terms or any applicable laws

• Engages in conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Festival

14. Participant Categories

14.1 Defined Categories

Participants may engage in the Festival under one or more of the following categories:

• Filmmakers

• Actors and performers

• Producers and directors

• Writers and creative professionals

• Industry professionals and stakeholders

• Delegates and attendees

• Media and press representatives

• Sponsors, partners, and institutional participants

14.2 Category Classification

The Organizer reserves the right to classify or reclassify participants into appropriate categories based on the nature of their application, role, or engagement.

14.3 Multi-Category Participation

Participants may be involved in multiple categories, provided that all applicable requirements for each category are fulfilled.

14.4 Category-Specific Requirements

Each category may have additional requirements, obligations, or conditions, which must be satisfied by the participant.

14.5 Limitations per Category

The Organizer may impose limits on the number of participants within each category based on capacity, program structure, or operational considerations.

15. Registration Requirements

15.1 Submission of Registration

All participants must complete the official Festival registration process through the designated platform or method approved by the Organizer.

15.2 Accuracy of Information

Participants are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Any inaccuracies may result in rejection or cancellation of participation.

15.3 Supporting Documentation

Participants must submit all required supporting documents, including identification, portfolio materials, or other relevant information as requested by the Organizer.

15.4 Compliance with Deadlines

All registration submissions must be completed within the specified deadlines. Late or incomplete submissions may not be accepted.

15.5 Payment Requirements

Where applicable, participants must complete all required payments in accordance with the Festival’s payment policies in order to finalize their registration.

15.6 Registration Confirmation

Registration shall only be considered valid upon confirmation issued by the Organizer.

15.7 Non-Transferability of Registration

Registration is personal to the participant and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any other individual or entity without prior written approval from the Organizer.

16. Participation Approval

16.1 Review Process

All registrations and applications are subject to review and evaluation by the Organizer.

16.2 Approval Criteria

Participation approval is based on compliance with eligibility criteria, completeness of registration, and alignment with the objectives and standards of the Festival.

16.3 Conditional Approval

The Organizer may grant conditional approval subject to the fulfillment of additional requirements or verification processes.

16.4 Notification of Approval

Participants will be notified of their participation status through official communication channels designated by the Organizer.

16.5 No Automatic Acceptance

Submission of a registration or application does not guarantee acceptance or participation in the Festival.

17. Right to Accept or Reject Participants

17.1 Absolute Discretion

The Organizer reserves the absolute right to accept, reject, or decline any participant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

17.2 Grounds for Rejection

Participants may be rejected for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Failure to meet eligibility requirements

• Incomplete or inaccurate registration information

• Non-compliance with these Terms

• Conduct inconsistent with Festival values or standards

17.3 Post-Acceptance Revocation

The Organizer reserves the right to revoke participation approval at any time if a participant is found to be in breach of these Terms or any applicable requirements.

17.4 Protection of Festival Integrity

All decisions regarding acceptance or rejection shall be made in the interest of maintaining the integrity, reputation, and standards of the Festival.

18. Participant Responsibilities

18.1 Compliance with Terms

Participants must comply fully with these Terms, as well as all additional rules, guidelines, and instructions issued by the Organizer.

18.2 Professional Conduct

Participants are required to maintain a high standard of professional behavior at all times during their involvement in the Festival.

18.3 Accuracy of Representations

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information, materials, and representations provided are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

18.4 Respect for Others

Participants must respect the rights, dignity, and diversity of other participants, staff, and stakeholders.

18.5 Participation Obligations

Participants must fulfill all obligations associated with their category of participation, including attendance, engagement, and compliance with schedules.

18.6 Responsibility for Materials

Participants are responsible for all materials submitted or presented, including ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions.

18.7 Cooperation with Organizer

Participants must cooperate with the Organizer in all matters relating to the Festival, including compliance with instructions, coordination, and operational requirements.

18.8 Liability for Breach

Participants shall be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from their failure to comply with these Terms.

SECTION GROUP 4: FILM SUBMISSION TERMS

19. Submission Eligibility

19.1 General Eligibility of Submissions

All films submitted to the RSW International Film Festival 2026 must be submitted through the official Festival submission platform or any other authorized submission channel designated by the Organizer, and such submissions must comply fully with all requirements, conditions, and procedures established by the Organizer for the purpose of participation in the Festival.

19.2 Eligible Applicants

Submissions may only be made by individuals or entities who possess the legal authority and capacity to submit the film, including but not limited to filmmakers, producers, directors, production companies, distributors, or any authorized representative who holds the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions in relation to the submitted work.

19.3 Completion Requirement

All films submitted must be complete at the time of submission, and no incomplete, draft, or work-in-progress versions shall be accepted unless the Organizer explicitly authorizes such submissions under specific programs or categories.

19.4 Compliance with Festival Standards

All submitted films must meet the artistic, professional, and technical standards determined by the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet such standards.

19.5 Language Compliance

Any film submitted in a language other than English must include accurate and properly synchronized English subtitles, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Organizer.

19.6 Legal Compliance Requirement

All submissions must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws relating to content, censorship, intellectual property, and public exhibition.

20. Film Categories

20.1 Official Categories of Submission

The Festival shall accept film submissions under the following categories, which are defined and determined by the Organizer: Short Films, Feature Films, Documentary Films, Animation, and Student Films.

20.2 Category Selection by Participant

Participants must select the most appropriate category for their film at the time of submission, and such selection must accurately reflect the nature, format, and duration of the film.

20.3 Reclassification by Organizer

The Organizer reserves the exclusive right to reclassify any submitted film into a different category if the Organizer determines, at its sole discretion, that the selected category is not appropriate.

20.4 Category Definitions and Requirements

Each category shall be subject to specific requirements, including but not limited to duration limits, format specifications, and eligibility criteria, as defined and published by the Organizer.

20.5 Additional Categories

The Organizer reserves the right to introduce additional categories, special programs, or thematic sections at any time without prior notice.

21. Submission Requirements

21.1 Mandatory Submission Process

All submissions must be completed through the official Festival submission system, and participants must provide all required information and materials in accordance with the submission guidelines established by the Organizer.

21.2 Required Submission Information

Participants must provide complete and accurate information, including but not limited to the title of the film, category, duration, country of production, language, synopsis, and details of the director, producer, and other relevant contributors.

21.3 Screening Access Requirement

Participants must provide a valid and accessible screening link or file for review purposes, including any necessary passwords or access credentials required to view the submitted film.

21.4 Submission of Supporting Materials

Participants may be required to submit additional supporting materials, including but not limited to posters, still images, trailers, biographies, and promotional content, as specified by the Organizer.

21.5 Accuracy and Completeness Obligation

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information and materials are accurate, complete, functional, and accessible at the time of submission.

21.6 Consequences of Incomplete Submissions

Any submission that is incomplete, inaccurate, inaccessible, or non-functional may be rejected without review at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

22. Technical Specifications

22.1 Accepted Formats

All films must be submitted in formats that are compatible with the Festival’s screening and review systems, as specified by the Organizer.

22.2 Technical Quality Requirements

All submissions must meet minimum technical standards, including but not limited to resolution, audio clarity, synchronization, and overall presentation quality, as determined by the Organizer.

22.3 Compatibility Obligation

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their submitted films are fully compatible with the Festival’s technical systems and platforms.

22.4 Subtitle Requirements

Where subtitles are required, they must be accurate, properly synchronized, and clearly legible.

22.5 Technical Compliance Enforcement

The Organizer reserves the right to reject, request replacement, or disqualify any submission that fails to meet the required technical specifications.

22.6 Final Delivery for Selected Films

Participants whose films are selected must deliver the final version of the film in the required format and within the specified deadlines provided by the Organizer.

23. Submission Deadlines

23.1 Official Submission Deadlines

All submissions must be received by the deadlines established and communicated by the Organizer, and such deadlines shall be strictly enforced.

23.2 Responsibility for Timely Submission

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their submissions are completed and received by the applicable deadlines.

23.3 Late Submissions

Late submissions may be accepted only at the sole discretion of the Organizer and may be subject to additional conditions or fees.

23.4 Consequences of Missing Deadlines

Failure to meet submission deadlines may result in automatic rejection or disqualification of the submission.

23.5 Modification of Deadlines

The Organizer reserves the right to modify submission deadlines at any time without prior notice.

24. Multiple Submissions

24.1 Right to Submit Multiple Films

Participants may submit more than one film to the Festival, provided that each film is submitted separately and complies with all applicable requirements.

24.2 Separate Submission Requirement

Each film must be submitted as a separate entry, including separate forms, materials, and applicable fees.

24.3 Independent Evaluation of Submissions

Each submitted film shall be evaluated independently and on its own merits, without reference to any other submission by the same participant.

24.4 Prohibition of Combined Submissions

Participants shall not combine multiple films into a single submission or entry.

25. Originality & Ownership

25.1 Requirement of Originality

All submitted films must be original works and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party.

25.2 Ownership and Rights Clearance

Participants must hold all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and clearances required for the submission and exhibition of the film.

25.3 Authority to Submit

By submitting a film, the participant represents and warrants that they have full legal authority to submit the film and grant the rights required under these Terms.

25.4 Responsibility for Third-Party Content

Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for any third-party content included in the film.

25.5 Liability for Infringement

Participants shall be solely liable for any claims, disputes, or damages arising from infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

26. Copyright & Intellectual Property

26.1 Retention of Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the submitted films shall remain with the original rights holders at all times.

26.2 License Granted to Organizer

By submitting a film, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and communicate the film and related materials for Festival purposes.

26.3 Promotional Use Rights

Promotional use may include, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media platforms, press materials, broadcast content, digital campaigns, and Festival publications.

57.3 Duration of Promotional Use

Such promotional rights shall apply before, during, and after the Festival for purposes related to promotion and documentation of the Festival.

57.4 Non-Compensated Use

Participants acknowledge that promotional use shall be carried out without compensation.

57.5 Integrity of Content

The Organizer shall take reasonable measures to ensure that promotional materials are used in a manner that respects the integrity of the film.

58. Subtitles & Language Requirements

58.1 Language Requirements for Screening

Films must be presented in a language accessible to the Festival audience, and any film not in English must include accurate and properly synchronized English subtitles.

58.2 Responsibility for Subtitles

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and synchronization of subtitles.

58.3 Compliance with Screening Standards

Subtitles must meet the technical and readability standards required for public screening.

58.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to provide appropriate subtitles may result in exclusion from screening or modification of the screening format.

59. Screening Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify any aspect of film screening, including date, time, venue, format, or sequence.

59.2 Unforeseen Circumstances

60. Technical Delivery Requirements

Participants whose films are selected shall be required to provide final screening materials in accordance with the technical specifications and deadlines established by the Organizer.

60.2 Format and Quality Requirements

All delivered materials must meet the required format, resolution, audio, and technical standards specified by the Organizer.

60.3 Timely Delivery Obligation

Participants must deliver all required materials within the specified timelines, and failure to do so may result in removal from the screening schedule.

60.4 Responsibility for Delivery

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all materials are delivered in the correct format, accessible, and free from defects.

60.5 Replacement of Materials

The Organizer may request replacement of materials that do not meet technical requirements, and participants must comply within the specified timeframe.

61. Technical Failure Disclaimer

61.1 Limitation of Responsibility for Technical Issues

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any technical issues affecting the screening of a film, including but not limited to playback errors, equipment malfunction, or system failures.

61.2 External Factors

Technical failures arising from external factors, including power outages, network disruptions, or third-party service failures, shall not be attributed to the Organizer.

61.3 No Guarantee of Technical Perfection

The Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free screening of films.

61.4 No Liability for Loss or Damage

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or impact resulting from technical issues during screening or exhibition.

SECTION GROUP 10: RIGHTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

62. Ownership Rights

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and related rights, in and to any submitted film, material, content, or work shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the original rights holder or lawful owner at all times.

62.2 No Transfer of Ownership

Participation in the RSW International Film Festival 2026 and submission of any materials shall not result in the transfer, assignment, or conveyance of ownership rights to the Organizer.

62.3 Recognition of Rights Holders

The Organizer shall acknowledge and respect the ownership rights of participants and shall not claim ownership of any submitted content.

62.4 Limitation of Rights Granted

Any rights granted to the Organizer under these Terms shall be limited strictly to those expressly stated and shall not extend beyond such scope.

63. Use of Submitted Materials

63.1 Grant of Limited License

By submitting materials to the Festival, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and revocable license to use, reproduce, store, and process the submitted materials for purposes directly related to the Festival.

63.2 Scope of Use

The Organizer may use submitted materials for purposes including evaluation, programming, promotion, archiving, and documentation of the Festival.

63.3 Use Across Platforms

Such use may occur across physical and digital platforms, including but not limited to Festival venues, official websites, and authorized communication channels.

63.4 No Commercial Exploitation Beyond Scope

The Organizer shall not commercially exploit the submitted materials beyond the scope of Festival-related activities without obtaining additional authorization from the rights holder.

63.5 Storage and Archiving

The Organizer may retain and archive submitted materials for record-keeping, historical reference, and internal purposes related to the Festival.

64. Promotional Rights

64.1 Grant of Promotional Rights

Participants grant the Organizer the right to use excerpts, images, stills, trailers, titles, and other related materials for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes.

64.2 Scope of Promotional Activities

Promotional use may include, but is not limited to, use in advertisements, social media, press releases, publications, and other media formats.

64.3 Duration of Promotional Use

Promotional rights shall extend before, during, and after the Festival for purposes related to promoting the Festival and its activities.

Participants acknowledge that such promotional use shall not entitle them to any financial compensation or royalties.

The Organizer shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that promotional materials are used in a manner that accurately represents the content.

65. Third-Party Rights

65.1 Responsibility for Third-Party Content

Participants shall be solely responsible for ensuring that all third-party content included in their submissions is properly authorized and does not infringe upon any rights.

65.2 Required Permissions and Licenses

Participants must obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances for any third-party materials, including but not limited to music, images, footage, and trademarks.

65.3 Warranty of Non-Infringement

Participants represent and warrant that their submissions do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

65.4 Liability for Violations

Participants shall be fully liable for any claims, disputes, or damages arising from the use of unauthorized third-party content.

65.5 Organizer’s Right to Request Evidence

The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of rights, licenses, or permissions at any time.

66. Copyright Compliance

Participants must comply with all applicable copyright laws and regulations in relation to their submissions and participation.

67. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, representatives, partners, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to their submissions or participation.

67.2 Scope of Indemnification

This indemnification shall include, but not be limited to, claims arising from intellectual property infringement, breach of warranties, violation of laws, or unauthorized use of third-party content.

67.3 Legal Costs and Expenses

Participants shall be responsible for all legal costs, expenses, and damages incurred by the Organizer as a result of such claims.

67.4 Continuing Obligation

The indemnification obligations set forth in this section shall survive the conclusion of the Festival and the participant’s involvement.

67.5 Organizer’s Right to Defense

The Organizer reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any claim, and participants shall fully cooperate in such defense.

SECTION GROUP 11: TALENT & CASTING RIGHTS

68. Talent Participation Rights

68.1 Recognition of Talent Participation

The RSW International Film Festival 2026 recognizes that actors, actresses, performers, and other participating talents may take part in the Festival in various professional capacities, including but not limited to participation in screenings, actor showcases, networking sessions, red carpet appearances, industry engagements, media activities, training platforms, and related Festival programs officially organized or approved by the Organizer.

68.2 Nature of Talent Participation

Talent participation within the Festival shall be limited to the rights, access, opportunities, and benefits expressly provided under the relevant participation package, official Festival program, or any specific written authorization issued by the Organizer. No participant shall claim any right, privilege, or status beyond what has been expressly granted.

68.3 Non-Exclusive Participation

Participation of any actor, actress, performer, or talent within the Festival shall be non-exclusive in nature, and nothing within these Terms shall be interpreted as creating any exclusive relationship between the Organizer and the participant in respect of representation, management, casting, agency, or professional control.

68.4 Independent Professional Status

All talents participating in the Festival shall remain independent professionals and shall participate in their own name or on behalf of their respective representatives, agencies, or organizations where applicable. Participation in the Festival shall not create any employment, agency, partnership, management, or representation relationship with the Organizer.

68.5 Rights Limited to Festival Framework

Any rights of participation granted to talent shall exist solely within the official Festival framework and shall not extend beyond the duration, activities, and scope of the Festival unless expressly agreed in writing by the Organizer.

68.6 Eligibility of Talent Participation

The Organizer reserves the right to determine the eligibility, suitability, and appropriateness of any talent participant for any Festival activity, and may refuse, restrict, or revoke participation where necessary to protect the integrity, safety, standards, or professional objectives of the Festival.

68.7 Compliance with Festival Directions

All talent participants shall be required to comply with official instructions, schedules, procedures, access limitations, and conduct expectations established by the Organizer in relation to all talent-related activities.

68.8 No Automatic Inclusion in Talent Platforms

Registration or participation in the Festival shall not automatically entitle any participant to inclusion in specific talent showcases, casting sessions, premium publicity features, or special professional opportunities unless such inclusion is expressly confirmed by the Organizer.

69. Casting Opportunities Disclaimer

69.1 General Nature of Casting Exposure

The Festival may create environments in which actors, actresses, performers, filmmakers, casting professionals, directors, producers, and other industry stakeholders may interact, connect, or engage professionally. However, such environments are intended to provide exposure, visibility, and opportunity for interaction only, and shall not be interpreted as guaranteed casting mechanisms.

69.2 No Promise of Auditions or Roles

The Organizer does not promise, warrant, or guarantee that any participant will receive an audition, callback, role, contract, screen test, employment opportunity, talent representation, or any other form of professional engagement as a result of participating in the Festival.

69.3 No Obligation on Industry Stakeholders

Any filmmakers, producers, directors, casting representatives, or industry professionals attending or engaging with the Festival shall have no obligation whatsoever to audition, shortlist, cast, hire, represent, contract, or otherwise engage any participant.

69.4 Independent Decision-Making by Third Parties

All casting, selection, collaboration, negotiation, and engagement decisions made by third-party professionals or entities shall be entirely independent of the Organizer. The Organizer shall not control, influence, or be responsible for such independent decisions.

69.5 No Representation of Opportunity as Certainty

Any mention, publication, discussion, or promotion of talent exposure, industry access, casting visibility, or professional opportunity within the Festival shall be interpreted strictly as a potential opportunity and not as a certainty, promise, or enforceable assurance.

69.6 No Liability for Non-Selection

The Organizer shall not be liable or responsible if a participant is not selected, contacted, shortlisted, cast, or otherwise engaged by any third party before, during, or after the Festival.

69.7 Participant Responsibility for Professional Pursuit

Participants remain solely responsible for presenting themselves professionally, following up on opportunities, protecting their interests, and making independent professional decisions in relation to any casting or engagement opportunity that may arise.

69.8 No Guarantee of Visibility to All Stakeholders

The Organizer does not guarantee that every participant will be seen, reviewed, noticed, or evaluated by every attending casting professional, producer, director, or stakeholder.

70. No Guarantee of Employment

70.1 No Employment Promise

Participation in the RSW International Film Festival 2026 shall not constitute, create, imply, or be interpreted as an offer, promise, assurance, or guarantee of employment, engagement, representation, contract, professional advancement, or income generation.

70.2 No Contractual Right to Work

No participant shall acquire any contractual or legal right to employment, performance engagement, representation, agency support, production involvement, or any similar opportunity by reason only of participation in the Festival.

70.3 No Duty to Create Employment

The Organizer shall have no duty, obligation, or responsibility to create, secure, recommend, facilitate, or guarantee employment or professional opportunities for any participant.

70.4 Career Outcomes Remain Independent

Any career benefit, professional exposure, networking result, collaboration, or opportunity arising from participation in the Festival shall remain incidental and independent in nature and shall not create any liability or enforceable obligation upon the Organizer.

70.5 No Liability for Expectations

The Organizer shall not be liable for any expectation, assumption, disappointment, loss, or claim by any participant relating to anticipated employment, casting, income, representation, or professional advancement that does not materialize.

70.6 Participant Assumption of Professional Risk

Each participant acknowledges and accepts that participation in the Festival is undertaken at their own professional discretion and risk, and that outcomes in the film and entertainment industry are inherently uncertain and beyond the control of the Organizer.

SECTION GROUP 12: INDUSTRY PLATFORM & FILM MARKET

71. Film Market Participation

71.1 Establishment of Industry Platform

The RSW International Film Festival 2026 may provide an Industry Platform and Film Market environment intended to facilitate professional interaction, project visibility, industry networking, business exposure, and market-oriented engagement among eligible participants and accredited stakeholders.

71.2 Nature of Film Market Participation

Film Market participation shall be understood as access to an organized professional environment in which projects, films, services, and ideas may be presented, discussed, explored, or considered for possible collaboration, acquisition, financing, licensing, or other industry-related purposes.

71.3 Optional Nature of Participation

Participation in the Film Market or Industry Platform shall be optional unless expressly required for a particular package or category, and may be subject to separate registration, eligibility requirements, access conditions, or additional fees as determined by the Organizer.

71.4 Eligibility and Access Control

The Organizer reserves the right to determine who may access the Film Market, which participants may present projects, and which stakeholders may engage in specialized business sessions, meetings, or professional activities.

71.5 No Guarantee of Inclusion in Market Showcases

Registration for the Festival or participation in industry-related activities shall not automatically entitle a participant to showcase a film, present a project, join a market session, or receive a pitching slot unless specifically approved by the Organizer.

71.6 Right to Structure Market Activities

The Organizer shall have full authority to structure, schedule, modify, cancel, expand, limit, or reconfigure Film Market and Industry Platform activities at its sole discretion.

71.7 Professional Conduct Within Market Activities

All participants engaging in Film Market activities shall conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with Festival rules, confidentiality expectations, commercial ethics, and any additional protocols issued by the Organizer.

72. Business Negotiations Responsibility

72.1 Independence of Business Negotiations

All negotiations, discussions, proposals, offers, transactions, understandings, or arrangements conducted between participants and any third parties during or in connection with the Festival shall be conducted independently by the parties involved.

72.2 Sole Responsibility of Negotiating Parties

The parties entering into business discussions or negotiations shall bear sole responsibility for their own communications, decisions, commitments, due diligence, and contractual actions.

72.3 No Organizer Participation in Negotiations

The Organizer shall not be deemed a party to any negotiation, proposal, deal, term sheet, memorandum, understanding, or contract entered into between participants and third parties, unless the Organizer expressly signs such agreement in writing.

72.4 No Verification Obligation

The Organizer shall have no obligation to verify the legal, financial, commercial, or professional standing of any participant, buyer, investor, distributor, producer, or third party engaging in negotiations within the Festival environment.

72.5 Duty of Independent Due Diligence

Participants shall be solely responsible for conducting their own legal, financial, commercial, and professional due diligence before entering into any business relationship, negotiation, or agreement with any other person or entity.

72.6 Confidentiality and Commercial Sensitivity

Participants engaging in business negotiations shall be solely responsible for managing their own confidentiality, disclosure practices, non-disclosure obligations, and commercial sensitivities in relation to any information shared.

73. No Liability for Agreements

73.1 Disclaimer of Liability for Business Arrangements

The Organizer shall not be liable, responsible, or accountable for any agreement, contract, negotiation outcome, transaction, understanding, dispute, loss, damage, or claim arising from any business arrangement entered into by participants or third parties in connection with the Festival.

73.2 No Guarantee of Deal Completion

The Organizer does not guarantee that any discussion, pitch, meeting, negotiation, or introduction made through the Festival will result in a completed agreement, financing arrangement, distribution deal, acquisition, casting contract, or professional collaboration.

73.3 Risk Assumption by Participants

All participants engaging in business or market-related activities do so entirely at their own risk and with full responsibility for any consequences arising therefrom.

73.4 No Liability for Misrepresentation by Third Parties

The Organizer shall not be liable for any false statement, misrepresentation, non-performance, fraud, breach, misconduct, or bad faith conduct by any participant, investor, buyer, distributor, producer, institution, or third party.

73.5 No Enforcement Role

The Organizer shall have no duty or authority to enforce private agreements made between participants and third parties, except where the Organizer is itself a direct party to the agreement in writing.

73.6 Exclusion of Commercial Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer excludes all liability arising out of or in connection with commercial engagements, introductions, or transactions between Festival participants and third parties.

74. Industry Engagement Terms

All industry engagement conducted during the Festival, including networking sessions, Film Market activities, panel discussions, professional meetings, project presentations, and business forums, shall take place within the framework established by the Organizer.

74.2 Voluntary Nature of Engagement

Participation in industry engagement activities shall be voluntary, and no participant shall be compelled to enter into any discussion, presentation, negotiation, or collaboration.

74.3 Compliance with Professional Standards

Participants engaging in industry activities shall conduct themselves professionally, ethically, respectfully, and in compliance with all instructions, protocols, and standards established by the Organizer.

74.4 No Misuse of Industry Access

Participants shall not misuse industry access for harassment, deception, coercion, spam solicitation, unauthorized promotion, or any conduct inconsistent with the professional objectives of the Festival.

74.5 Organizer Control Over Access

The Organizer reserves the right to limit, suspend, deny, or revoke access to any industry activity, platform, meeting, or forum where necessary for operational, security, ethical, or professional reasons.

74.6 No Guarantee of Stakeholder Attendance

The Organizer does not guarantee the attendance, availability, participation, or responsiveness of any investor, distributor, producer, buyer, broadcaster, or industry stakeholder.

SECTION GROUP 13: MEDIA, PRESS & PUBLICITY RIGHTS

75. Media Coverage Rights

75.1 Right of Festival Media Coverage

The Organizer shall have the unrestricted right to organize, authorize, facilitate, and conduct media coverage of all official Festival activities, programs, venues, participants, and events.

Media coverage may include photography, filming, interviewing, audio recording, documentation, publication, broadcasting, live streaming, digital dissemination, press reporting, and related media activities.

75.3 Accredited and Official Media

The Organizer reserves the right to determine which media representatives, photographers, videographers, content creators, broadcasters, and press entities are accredited or authorized to cover the Festival.

75.4 Participant Presence Within Covered Activities

Participants acknowledge and accept that their presence in official Festival environments may result in their inclusion within media coverage as an incidental or intentional part of documenting the Festival.

75.5 No Prior Approval Requirement

Except where required by law or specifically agreed in writing, the Organizer shall not be required to obtain individual prior approval from participants for general media coverage conducted within official Festival activities.

76. Participant Publicity

76.1 Inclusion in Festival Publicity

Participants may be included in official Festival publicity materials, including but not limited to printed programs, websites, catalogues, promotional graphics, social media content, press releases, interviews, and visual campaigns.

76.2 Public Use of Participant Information

The Organizer may use participant names, biographies, project information, film credits, professional titles, submitted materials, and participation status for legitimate Festival publicity purposes.

76.3 Publicity as Condition of Participation

Participants acknowledge that reasonable publicity and promotional use of their participation forms part of the normal operation of an international film festival and is accepted as a condition of participation.

76.4 No Compensation for Publicity

Participants shall not be entitled to royalties, fees, compensation, or damages arising from the legitimate publicity use of their participation, submitted materials, or Festival-related presence.

76.5 Accuracy and Editorial Discretion

While the Organizer shall use reasonable efforts to present participant information accurately, the Organizer shall retain editorial discretion in relation to format, style, publication context, and publicity presentation.

77. Image, Voice & Likeness Consent

77.1 Grant of Consent

By participating in the Festival, each participant grants the Organizer the right to capture, use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and communicate the participant’s image, voice, likeness, name, appearance, and performance in connection with the Festival.

77.2 Scope of Consent

Such consent shall apply to photography, video, audio recordings, interviews, live event footage, publicity content, digital campaigns, printed materials, and any other Festival-related media formats.

77.3 Territorial Scope

The rights granted under this clause shall apply worldwide and across all media formats now known or later developed.

77.4 Duration of Consent

The consent granted under this clause shall continue indefinitely for Festival-related archival, promotional, documentary, educational, historical, publicity, and communication purposes.

78. Recording of Events

Participants acknowledge that they may appear, speak, perform, or otherwise be included in event recordings as part of their presence and participation in Festival activities.

78.3 Purpose of Recordings

Recordings may be used for documentation, publicity, archival preservation, promotional communication, educational reference, internal review, or future Festival-related use.

78.4 Participant Restriction on Unauthorized Recording

Participants shall not make unauthorized professional recordings of Festival events, screenings, or activities where such recording is restricted by the Organizer.

78.5 No Liability for Incidental Inclusion

The Organizer shall not be liable for the incidental or unavoidable inclusion of participants in photographs, video footage, or audio recordings made during official Festival activities.

79. Broadcast & Distribution Rights

79.1 Organizer’s Broadcast Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to broadcast, transmit, publish, distribute, or otherwise communicate Festival-related content through television, radio, online platforms, social media, streaming channels, partner platforms, or other distribution means.

Broadcast or distributed content may include event footage, interviews, publicity segments, red carpet coverage, participant appearances, panel excerpts, award ceremonies, highlights, and other Festival-related materials.

Where Festival activities are recorded, the Organizer shall have the right to distribute such recordings for Festival-related purposes without further consent from participants.

79.4 No Compensation for Broadcast Use

Participants shall not be entitled to any compensation, royalty, or financial payment arising from the broadcast or distribution of Festival-related content in which they appear.

79.5 Editorial and Distribution Discretion

The Organizer shall have sole discretion in determining what content is broadcast or distributed, in what format, for how long, and through which channels.

80. Social Media Usage

80.1 Organizer Use of Social Media

The Organizer may use official social media platforms and digital channels to publish, promote, and communicate Festival-related content, including participant-related materials.

80.2 Participant-Related Social Content

Participant names, images, interviews, film stills, trailers, appearances, quotations, and activity highlights may be shared on official social media platforms for Festival purposes.

80.3 Participant Obligation of Responsible Use

Participants who use social media in connection with the Festival shall do so responsibly, lawfully, professionally, and in a manner that does not misrepresent, defame, damage, or undermine the Festival or its stakeholders.

80.4 Prohibition of False or Misleading Representation

Participants shall not use social media to falsely represent official Festival decisions, statuses, partnerships, endorsements, awards, or opportunities.

80.5 Right of Organizer to Respond

The Organizer reserves the right to request correction, removal, clarification, or cessation of any social media content by participants that is misleading, defamatory, inappropriate, or in breach of these Terms.

Participants may access and use official digital platforms, websites, portals, registration systems, streaming interfaces, online libraries, and communication tools provided or authorized by the Organizer for Festival-related purposes.

All online platforms shall be used solely for lawful, authorized, and Festival-related purposes in accordance with these Terms and any digital guidelines issued by the Organizer.

81.3 Account and Access Responsibility

Where access credentials, accounts, or login information are provided, participants shall be solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and preventing unauthorized use.

81.4 Prohibited Use

Participants shall not misuse digital platforms through unauthorized copying, hacking, interference, data extraction, unlawful sharing, account misuse, malicious activity, or any conduct that disrupts the operation or security of the Festival’s digital systems.

81.5 Right to Restrict or Suspend Access

The Organizer reserves the right to limit, suspend, revoke, or terminate access to any digital platform where necessary for security, operational, legal, or compliance reasons.

82. Virtual Screenings

82.1 Right to Conduct Virtual Screenings

The Organizer reserves the right to include virtual screenings, digital exhibitions, online showcases, or remote viewing opportunities as part of the Festival.

82.2 Conditions of Virtual Access

Access to virtual screenings may be restricted by accreditation level, geographic limitations, technical controls, password protection, timed availability, or other digital access conditions determined by the Organizer.

82.3 Participant Compliance with Virtual Screening Rules

Participants accessing virtual screenings shall comply with all access rules, usage restrictions, anti-piracy measures, and technical conditions established by the Organizer.

82.4 Prohibition of Unauthorized Recording or Redistribution

Participants shall not copy, screen record, reproduce, capture, share, redistribute, or otherwise exploit any virtual screening content without prior written authorization from the Organizer and the rights holder.

82.5 No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

The Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted access, technical perfection, or continuous availability of virtual screenings and shall not be liable for disruptions caused by technical or external factors.

83. Streaming Rights

83.1 Grant of Streaming Rights

Where applicable and accepted by submission or participation, participants grant the Organizer the non-exclusive right to stream selected films or Festival-related content through secure digital platforms for official Festival purposes.

83.2 Scope of Streaming

Streaming may include live, scheduled, on-demand, geoblocked, password-protected, limited-time, or otherwise controlled digital exhibition formats determined by the Organizer.

83.3 Security and Access Controls

The Organizer may implement digital protections, geofencing, watermarking, access limits, timed availability, or other security mechanisms to protect streamed content.

83.4 No Additional Compensation for Streaming

Participants shall not be entitled to additional payment, royalty, or compensation for Festival-related streaming falling within the scope of rights granted under these Terms.

83.5 Limitation of Organizer Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for unauthorized acts by third parties, piracy, platform disruption, or technical breaches beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, provided reasonable protective measures have been implemented.

83.6 Organizer’s Discretion

The Organizer shall retain sole discretion in determining whether, when, where, and how any streamed content is made available as part of the Festival.

SECTION GROUP 15: ACCREDITATION & ACCESS

84. Accreditation System

84.1 Establishment of Official Accreditation Framework

The Organizer shall establish, implement, control, and administer an official accreditation system for the RSW International Film Festival 2026 for the purpose of identifying, classifying, regulating, and managing all persons who seek to enter, attend, participate in, or otherwise access any Festival-related venue, activity, program, screening, industry platform, meeting, digital portal, or restricted space.

84.2 Mandatory Nature of Accreditation

Accreditation shall be mandatory for all persons seeking official access to the Festival in any recognized capacity, including but not limited to filmmakers, actors, performers, delegates, guests, press representatives, industry professionals, sponsors, institutional representatives, service providers, and any other persons authorized by the Organizer. No person shall have any right of entry, access, or participation without valid accreditation issued or recognized by the Organizer.

84.3 Sole Authority of the Organizer

The Organizer shall retain sole, absolute, and exclusive authority to determine the form, structure, categories, issuance process, eligibility requirements, conditions, duration, scope, and use of accreditation, and all decisions made by the Organizer in relation to accreditation shall be final and binding.

84.4 Accreditation Categories

The Organizer may issue different classes or categories of accreditation, including but not limited to participant accreditation, filmmaker accreditation, actor or talent accreditation, industry accreditation, media accreditation, VIP accreditation, VVIP accreditation, sponsor accreditation, institutional accreditation, staff accreditation, guest accreditation, and any other category the Organizer considers necessary or appropriate.

84.5 Conditional Nature of Accreditation

Accreditation shall be conditional upon compliance with these Terms, completion of required registration procedures, satisfaction of payment obligations where applicable, fulfillment of documentation requirements, and approval by the Organizer. Accreditation shall not be deemed valid unless and until officially confirmed by the Organizer.

84.6 No Automatic Right to Accreditation

Submission of a registration form, purchase of a package, submission of a film, or expression of interest in attending the Festival shall not automatically entitle any person to accreditation. Accreditation remains subject to verification, capacity, access limitations, and approval by the Organizer.

84.7 Accuracy of Accreditation Information

Any person applying for accreditation shall be solely responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted for accreditation purposes are true, complete, accurate, current, and not misleading in any respect. The Organizer reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke accreditation if any false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information is provided.

84.8 Scope and Duration of Accreditation

Accreditation shall be valid only for the specific period, category, venues, activities, access zones, and purposes expressly approved by the Organizer, and shall automatically expire at the end of the authorized period unless otherwise extended or reissued in writing by the Organizer.

84.9 Verification and Identity Control

The Organizer may require identification checks, documentary verification, personal confirmation, security screening, image capture, biometric verification where lawful, or any other reasonable measure necessary to confirm the identity and eligibility of an accreditation applicant or holder.

84.10 No Property Right in Accreditation

Accreditation shall constitute a limited, conditional, revocable permission issued by the Organizer and shall not create any property right, contractual entitlement to unrestricted access, or any right beyond what is expressly granted under these Terms.

85. Access Levels

85.1 Establishment of Access Hierarchy

The Organizer shall define and administer access levels for all accredited persons, and such access levels shall govern the degree of entry, visibility, movement, attendance, and participation permitted within the Festival environment.

85.2 Basis for Access Allocation

Access levels shall be determined based on the participant’s accreditation category, participation package, role, operational necessity, venue capacity, security requirements, program structure, and any additional criteria determined by the Organizer.

85.3 General Access

General access may permit entry to specified public Festival areas, selected screenings, approved sessions, and designated engagement spaces, subject to the conditions imposed by the Organizer.

85.4 Restricted Access

Restricted access may apply to any area, venue, session, room, event, or platform that the Organizer designates as limited, controlled, confidential, private, technical, security-sensitive, commercial, or otherwise non-public, and such access shall only be granted to authorized persons.

85.5 Priority and Exclusive Access

Priority access, VIP access, VVIP access, and other elevated access levels may include additional privileges, such as reserved seating, private sessions, limited industry forums, controlled networking opportunities, or other enhanced access rights as determined solely by the Organizer.

85.6 No Implied Access Rights

No participant shall assume, infer, or claim any right of access to any Festival area, platform, or activity unless such right has been expressly granted through the accreditation system or otherwise authorized in writing by the Organizer.

85.7 Access Changes and Adjustments

The Organizer reserves the right at any time to redefine, modify, reduce, suspend, expand, or otherwise alter access levels or access rights, whether generally or individually, for reasons including but not limited to security, operational needs, programming changes, capacity control, legal obligations, or risk management.

85.8 Compliance with Access Determinations

All accredited persons shall strictly comply with the access limitations, permissions, restrictions, and instructions applicable to their accreditation level, and any attempt to exceed or circumvent those limits shall constitute a breach of these Terms.

86. Badge Usage

86.1 Issuance of Official Badge

The Organizer may issue an official Festival badge, pass, wristband, digital credential, or other accreditation identifier to each approved person, and such identifier shall serve as the official evidence of accreditation and authorized access.

86.2 Mandatory Display and Presentation

All accredited persons shall wear, display, carry, or otherwise present their official Festival accreditation identifier at all times while accessing Festival venues, activities, or restricted areas, and shall produce it upon request by the Organizer, security staff, venue personnel, or authorized representatives.

86.3 Personal and Non-Transferable Nature

All accreditation identifiers are strictly personal, individualized, and non-transferable. They may not be sold, shared, lent, duplicated, assigned, swapped, sublicensed, or otherwise used by or for any person other than the individual to whom they were issued.

86.4 Unauthorized Possession or Use

Any unauthorized possession, display, duplication, manipulation, forgery, sale, transfer, or use of an accreditation identifier shall be strictly prohibited and may result in immediate confiscation, revocation of access, removal from the Festival, disqualification, or further legal action.

86.5 Loss, Theft, or Damage

The holder of an accreditation identifier shall be solely responsible for its safekeeping and must immediately report any loss, theft, damage, tampering, or suspected misuse to the Organizer. Replacement shall be at the sole discretion of the Organizer and may be subject to verification requirements, restrictions, or administrative charges.

86.6 Organizer’s Right to Inspect and Confiscate

The Organizer reserves the right to inspect, verify, deactivate, confiscate, cancel, or replace any badge or accreditation identifier at any time where misuse, risk, irregularity, or breach is suspected.

87. Access Restrictions

87.1 General Access Restrictions

The Organizer shall have full authority to restrict, control, or prohibit access to any area, event, platform, or session within the Festival for operational, legal, safety, security, confidentiality, programming, or commercial reasons.

87.2 Restricted Areas and Controlled Zones

Restricted areas may include but shall not be limited to backstage spaces, control rooms, projection booths, technical zones, jury areas, private industry meetings, sponsor zones, VIP lounges, red carpet holding areas, secure digital systems, and any other space designated by the Organizer.

87.3 Enforcement of Restrictions

Access restrictions shall be strictly enforced by the Organizer, security personnel, venue staff, or authorized representatives, and all accredited persons shall comply immediately with any instruction relating to restricted entry, evacuation, movement control, or access denial.

87.4 Security Screening and Inspection Rights

The Organizer reserves the right to conduct bag checks, device inspections, credential inspections, security scans, identity verification, and other reasonable measures as a condition of entry or continued access.

87.5 Denial of Entry

The Organizer may deny entry to any person, whether accredited or not, where such person fails to comply with access procedures, lacks valid accreditation, poses a security or safety concern, engages in misconduct, breaches these Terms, or otherwise creates risk or disruption.

87.6 Temporary or Permanent Restrictions

The Organizer may impose temporary or permanent access restrictions on individuals, categories of persons, or specific activities without liability, including where such restrictions are necessary to protect the Festival’s integrity, participants, property, reputation, or operational function.

88. Revocation of Access

88.1 Absolute Right of Revocation

The Organizer reserves the absolute, immediate, and unconditional right to suspend, limit, deactivate, or revoke any accreditation, badge, credential, or access permission at any time and without prior notice.

88.2 Grounds for Revocation

Grounds for revocation may include, but shall not be limited to, breach of these Terms, violation of Festival rules, misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, security concerns, unauthorized badge use, harassment, discrimination, damage to property, unlawful conduct, reputational harm, or any conduct deemed inappropriate by the Organizer.

88.3 Immediate Enforcement of Revocation

Revocation of access may take immediate effect, and the affected individual may be denied further entry, removed from Festival premises, deactivated from digital systems, excluded from scheduled activities, or otherwise restricted from continued participation.

88.4 No Right to Compensation or Refund

Any revocation of accreditation or access shall not entitle the affected participant to any refund, reimbursement, compensation, damages, replacement access, or other remedy of any kind.

88.5 Additional Measures Following Revocation

Where revocation occurs, the Organizer may also impose further measures, including reporting to venue security, notifying relevant authorities, cancelling registrations, withdrawing invitations, disqualifying submissions, or banning future participation.

88.6 Finality of Revocation Decisions

All decisions by the Organizer relating to revocation of access shall be final and binding and shall not be subject to appeal, review, or challenge.

SECTION GROUP 16: CODE OF CONDUCT & ETHICS

89. Participant Conduct

89.1 General Duty of Conduct

All participants shall conduct themselves at all times in a lawful, respectful, responsible, professional, and ethical manner while participating in, attending, or engaging with any Festival-related activity, venue, platform, meeting, communication, or public representation.

89.2 Compliance with Festival Rules and Laws

Participants must comply with these Terms, all Festival rules, venue policies, operational instructions, health and safety requirements, applicable laws, and any direction issued by the Organizer or its authorized representatives.

89.3 Respect for Persons and Property

Participants shall respect the dignity, rights, safety, privacy, and property of all other participants, staff, guests, contractors, partners, venue personnel, and members of the public and shall refrain from any conduct that is abusive, disruptive, dangerous, unlawful, or harmful.

89.4 Preservation of Festival Integrity

Participants shall not engage in any behavior that may undermine the integrity, professionalism, order, safety, reputation, or lawful operation of the Festival.

89.5 Responsible Public Representation

Participants shall ensure that their words, actions, appearances, public statements, digital conduct, and Festival-related activities do not falsely represent the Festival or damage its values, image, objectives, or stakeholders.

89.6 Obligation to Follow Instructions

Participants shall comply promptly and fully with any reasonable instruction given by the Organizer, venue staff, security personnel, moderators, coordinators, or other authorized representatives in relation to conduct, access, participation, or safety.

90. Professional Behavior

90.1 Standard of Professionalism

Participants shall maintain a high standard of professionalism in all dealings, communications, appearances, interactions, and engagements related to the Festival, whether in person, online, publicly, privately, or through media channels.

90.2 Expected Conduct in Professional Environments

Participants shall engage courteously, responsibly, and respectfully in screenings, networking sessions, panels, meetings, interviews, showcases, negotiations, and all other professional or public-facing Festival activities.

90.3 Prohibited Unprofessional Conduct

Unprofessional conduct shall include, without limitation, intimidation, abusive communication, bullying, disorderly behavior, public disruption, defamation, dishonest representation, inappropriate solicitation, reputational sabotage, harassment, or conduct inconsistent with industry standards and Festival values.

90.4 Duty to Preserve a Safe Professional Environment

Participants shall actively avoid conduct that creates hostility, discomfort, intimidation, or professional harm to others within the Festival environment.

90.5 Organizer’s Assessment of Professional Conduct

The Organizer shall have sole authority to determine whether conduct is unprofessional or inconsistent with Festival standards, and its decision in this regard shall be final.

91. Anti-Discrimination Policy

91.1 Commitment to Equality and Inclusion

The Festival is committed to maintaining an environment grounded in equality, dignity, inclusion, fairness, and mutual respect, and all participants shall be treated accordingly.

91.2 Prohibition of Discrimination

Any form of discrimination, exclusion, hostility, or unequal treatment on the basis of race, color, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, sex, gender, disability, age, language, or any other protected ground shall be strictly prohibited.

91.3 Scope of Prohibition

The anti-discrimination obligation applies to all Festival-related conduct, including verbal communication, written communication, digital behavior, professional engagement, access to opportunities, treatment of staff, peer interaction, public conduct, and private conduct occurring within the Festival context.

91.4 Organizer’s Enforcement Powers

The Organizer reserves the right to investigate, assess, and address any conduct that may amount to discrimination and may impose immediate disciplinary measures where appropriate.

91.5 Zero Tolerance Principle

The Festival adopts a zero-tolerance approach to discriminatory behavior, and any participant found to have engaged in such conduct may be subject to immediate removal, revocation of accreditation, disqualification, or other sanctions.

92. Harassment Policy

92.1 Zero Tolerance for Harassment

The Festival maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward harassment in any form and under any circumstances.

92.2 Meaning of Harassment

Harassment shall include any unwanted, offensive, intimidating, degrading, threatening, humiliating, hostile, coercive, sexually inappropriate, abusive, or repeated conduct directed toward another person that creates discomfort, distress, fear, or an unsafe environment.

92.3 Forms of Harassment Covered

Harassment may be verbal, physical, written, visual, digital, social, sexual, psychological, or otherwise manifested and may occur in person or through electronic communication.

92.4 Reporting and Escalation

Participants are encouraged and expected to report incidents of harassment promptly to the Organizer, who may receive, document, assess, and act upon such reports in accordance with its procedures and discretion.

92.5 Protective and Corrective Measures

The Organizer may take immediate protective or corrective action, including warnings, removal from specific activities, access restrictions, separation measures, revocation of accreditation, or full exclusion from the Festival.

92.6 No Retaliation

Retaliation against any person who reports harassment, participates in an investigation, or raises a good faith concern shall be strictly prohibited and may itself constitute a separate breach of these Terms.

93. Disciplinary Actions

93.1 Organizer’s Disciplinary Authority

The Organizer shall have full and exclusive authority to determine whether a participant has breached the Code of Conduct, professional standards, or ethical requirements of the Festival.

93.2 Nature of Available Sanctions

Disciplinary measures may include verbal warnings, written warnings, suspension of access, removal from specific activities, withdrawal of invitations, cancellation of registration, revocation of accreditation, disqualification of submissions, public distancing, reporting to authorities, permanent exclusion, or any other measure deemed necessary.

93.3 Immediate and Preventive Action

The Organizer may take immediate or preventive disciplinary action before the conclusion of any inquiry where urgent action is reasonably necessary to preserve safety, order, professionalism, or the Festival’s integrity.

93.4 No Obligation to Apply Progressive Discipline

The Organizer shall not be required to apply disciplinary measures in stages and may proceed directly to the level of sanction it considers appropriate in the circumstances.

93.5 Finality of Disciplinary Decisions

All disciplinary decisions made by the Organizer shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal, refund, compensation, or review.

SECTION GROUP 17: HEALTH, SAFETY & SECURITY

94. Safety Compliance

94.1 Mandatory Compliance with Safety Requirements

All participants shall comply fully with all health, safety, emergency, environmental, and venue-management rules applicable to the Festival.

94.2 Compliance with Venue Protocols

Participants must comply with all venue-specific rules, entry conditions, evacuation procedures, capacity restrictions, prohibited-item lists, and operational instructions applicable to any Festival location.

94.3 Organizer’s Power to Impose Safety Measures

The Organizer may adopt, update, strengthen, or enforce safety measures at any time where necessary to protect participants, staff, property, or operations.

94.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with safety rules may result in denial of entry, removal from venues, revocation of access, or additional disciplinary measures without compensation.

95. Emergency Procedures

95.1 Mandatory Compliance During Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, all participants must immediately comply with instructions issued by the Organizer, venue personnel, security staff, emergency responders, or relevant authorities.

95.2 Evacuation and Crowd-Control Compliance

Participants must cooperate fully in any evacuation, crowd movement restriction, emergency relocation, area closure, or other emergency response action.

95.3 No Interference With Emergency Response

Participants shall not obstruct, delay, interfere with, or ignore emergency procedures, responders, or safety instructions.

95.4 Organizer Discretion in Emergency Management

The Organizer may suspend, postpone, relocate, shorten, or cancel any activity in response to actual or potential emergencies, and such decisions shall be final.

96. Participant Responsibility for Safety

96.1 Personal Responsibility for Safety and Belongings

Each participant is responsible for their own personal safety, physical well-being, health precautions, property, valuables, equipment, and general conduct while attending the Festival.

96.2 Assumption of Ordinary Risks

Participants acknowledge that attending public events, screenings, gatherings, industry forums, travel-related activities, and venue-based programs may involve inherent risks and uncertainties.

96.3 Duty to Act Responsibly

Participants shall take reasonable precautions for their own safety and shall not engage in reckless, dangerous, intoxicated, unlawful, or disruptive behavior that may endanger themselves or others.

96.4 Disclosure of Relevant Conditions

Where necessary for safety or access accommodation, participants are responsible for disclosing relevant information to the Organizer in a timely manner, to the extent they seek support or accommodation and such disclosure is lawful and appropriate.

96.5 No Transfer of Safety Responsibility to Organizer

The existence of Festival safety measures shall not relieve participants of their own duty to act responsibly and protect themselves within the limits of reasonable personal control.

97. Security Measures

97.1 Right to Implement Security Controls

The Organizer reserves the right to implement any security measure it deems necessary or appropriate, including surveillance, access control, identity verification, searches, bag checks, metal detection, zone restrictions, escort requirements, and monitoring systems.

97.2 Participant Cooperation Requirement

All participants shall cooperate fully with security protocols, personnel, inspections, monitoring procedures, and access-control systems as a condition of entry and continued participation.

97.3 Removal for Security Reasons

The Organizer may remove, restrict, deny, or isolate any person for security reasons, including suspected risk, disorder, aggression, non-compliance, or safety concerns, without liability.

97.4 Prohibited Items and Conduct

Participants shall not bring prohibited items, dangerous materials, unlawful substances, weapons, or other restricted objects into Festival venues and shall not engage in conduct that compromises security.

97.5 No Liability for Security-Related Decisions

The Organizer shall not be liable for losses, delays, inconvenience, denial of entry, or restrictions resulting from good-faith security measures implemented for Festival protection.

SECTION GROUP 18: SPONSORS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

98. Sponsor Rights

98.1 Recognition of Sponsor Involvement

The Festival may include sponsors, brand partners, institutional supporters, and commercial collaborators, and the Organizer may grant such sponsors visibility, branding, promotional placement, acknowledgment, hospitality privileges, or engagement opportunities as agreed separately.

98.2 Scope of Sponsor Rights

Sponsor rights may include, without limitation, logo placement, branding exposure, event association, approved activation opportunities, advertising rights, hospitality access, designated spaces, or other agreed benefits, subject always to the Organizer’s control.

98.3 Organizer Control Over Sponsor Presence

All sponsor rights, activities, branding, placements, and representations shall remain subject to the Organizer’s review, direction, approval, and control.

98.4 No Participant Authority Over Sponsor Rights

Participants shall have no right to interfere with, alter, challenge, or restrict any sponsor rights lawfully granted by the Organizer.

98.5 No Implied Endorsement by Participants

Unless expressly agreed in writing, no participant shall be deemed to endorse a sponsor merely by appearing at the Festival or participating in sponsor-visible spaces.

99. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

99.1 Use of Third-Party Providers

The Organizer may, in its discretion, engage or recommend third-party providers in relation to accommodation, transport, ticketing, payment processing, venue services, hospitality, security, media production, technology, marketing, logistics, and other operational or participant-support functions.

99.2 Independent Nature of Third-Party Services

All such third-party providers shall remain independent entities responsible for their own services, conduct, performance, terms, conditions, and legal obligations.

99.3 Disclaimer of Organizer Liability

The Organizer shall not be responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, quality, failures, delays, interruptions, negligence, misconduct, contractual breaches, service defects, or disputes arising from any third-party service.

99.4 Participant Use at Own Risk

Any participant who uses, contracts with, relies upon, purchases from, or engages with a third-party provider in connection with the Festival does so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

99.5 No Guarantee of Service Quality or Availability

The Organizer gives no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the suitability, pricing, quality, legality, reliability, safety, or availability of any third-party service.

100. External Vendor Responsibility

100.1 Vendor Accountability for Services

Any external vendor, supplier, contractor, or service provider operating in connection with the Festival shall be solely responsible for the delivery, legality, safety, quality, and performance of its own goods and services.

100.2 Direct Responsibility to End Users

Any issue, complaint, damage, defect, delay, failure, or dispute relating to an external vendor’s service shall be addressed directly between the affected participant and the vendor unless the Organizer expressly assumes written responsibility.

100.3 No Agency Relationship With Organizer

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, no external vendor shall be deemed an agent, employee, or legal representative of the Organizer for purposes of liability.

100.4 Participant Duty of Independent Assessment

Participants shall assess and decide independently whether to use any external vendor, and shall be responsible for reviewing any applicable vendor terms before engaging such service.

100.5 Organizer Right to Limit or Remove Vendors

The Organizer reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or remove any external vendor from Festival involvement where considered necessary for legal, ethical, operational, reputational, or safety reasons.

SECTION GROUP 19: LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

101. Limitation of Liability

101.1 General Limitation of Organizer Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, commercial, economic, or other loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Festival, participation in the Festival, attendance at Festival venues, use of Festival platforms, or reliance on any Festival-related opportunity, communication, or service.

101.2 Categories of Excluded Loss

Without limitation, the Organizer shall not be liable for loss of profits, loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, loss of contracts, travel losses, accommodation losses, production losses, data losses, device damage, theft, personal inconvenience, emotional distress, or any business interruption.

101.3 Assumption of Participation Risk

All participants attend, submit, register, travel, present, screen, perform, negotiate, and otherwise engage with the Festival at their own risk, subject to these Terms.

101.4 Limitation Across Persons and Entities

The protections, exclusions, and limitations in this section shall apply not only to the Organizer but also to its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, partners, venues, and authorized representatives.

101.5 No Liability Beyond Mandatory Law

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

102. Force Majeure

102.1 Definition of Force Majeure Events

Force majeure shall include any event, circumstance, or condition beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, government action, civil unrest, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility failure, venue closure, transport disruption, technological failure, or other extraordinary event.

102.2 Suspension or Non-Performance Due to Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, modification, suspension, or failure to perform any obligation where such non-performance is caused by force majeure.

102.3 Right to Respond to Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, the Organizer may reschedule, relocate, suspend, shorten, digitize, restructure, or cancel any aspect of the Festival without liability.

102.4 No Refund or Damages Based on Force Majeure

Where Festival changes or cancellations arise from force majeure, participants shall not be entitled to refund, compensation, damages, or reimbursement from the Organizer.

103. Event Modifications

103.1 Right to Modify Festival Structure

The Organizer reserves the unrestricted right to modify any aspect of the Festival, including but not limited to dates, venues, schedules, screening arrangements, access rules, programs, categories, guests, panels, industry sessions, publicity plans, and operational procedures.

103.2 Reasons for Modification

Modifications may be made for operational, artistic, security, commercial, legal, technical, public health, capacity, reputational, or other reasons deemed relevant by the Organizer.

103.3 Participant Acceptance of Modifications

By participating in the Festival, all participants acknowledge and accept that modifications may occur and agree to comply with all revised arrangements.

103.4 No Right to Object or Claim

Participants shall have no right to object to Festival modifications or to claim compensation, damages, or refunds on the basis of such modifications.

104. Cancellation of Festival

104.1 Organizer’s Right to Cancel

The Organizer reserves the full and absolute right to cancel the Festival in whole or in part at any time where it considers such cancellation necessary, advisable, or unavoidable.

104.2 Grounds for Cancellation

Cancellation may occur due to force majeure, legal restrictions, security concerns, operational impossibility, financial necessity, public health concerns, venue unavailability, strategic restructuring, or other reasons deemed sufficient by the Organizer.

104.3 Consequences of Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the Organizer may determine, at its sole discretion, whether any part of the Festival will be postponed, converted to digital form, rescheduled, reduced, or permanently discontinued.

104.4 Exclusion of Liability for Cancellation

The Organizer shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, inconvenience, or expenses suffered by any participant as a result of cancellation of the Festival or any part thereof.

104.5 No Refund by Reason of Cancellation Alone

Cancellation shall not, of itself, create any entitlement to refund, compensation, reimbursement, or damages unless the Organizer expressly provides otherwise in writing.

SECTION GROUP 20: DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

105. Data Collection

105.1 Collection of Personal and Professional Data

The Organizer may collect personal, professional, technical, financial, contact, identity, and participation-related data from applicants and participants for legitimate Festival purposes.

105.2 Categories of Data Collected

Collected data may include, without limitation, names, dates of birth, contact details, nationality, passport information, biographies, film information, payment information, travel-related information, uploaded documents, images, communications, and usage data generated through Festival systems.

105.3 Methods of Collection

Data may be collected through registration forms, submission systems, digital platforms, email correspondence, payment systems, accreditation processes, media interactions, and direct participant communications.

105.4 Accuracy of Data

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the data they provide is accurate, complete, current, and lawful to disclose.

106. Use of Personal Data

106.1 Purpose of Processing

The Organizer may use personal data for purposes including registration, verification, accreditation, communication, scheduling, selection administration, event management, security, payment processing, visa support, publicity administration, compliance, reporting, archiving, and other legitimate Festival-related operations.

106.2 Internal and Operational Use

The Organizer may use participant data internally for decision-making, coordination, analytics, administrative review, program management, and operational planning.

106.3 Sharing for Legitimate Festival Purposes

The Organizer may share data with authorized personnel, service providers, venues, payment processors, technical providers, security staff, legal advisors, and other legitimate Festival partners where reasonably necessary for Festival purposes.

106.4 No Unlawful Use

The Organizer shall not knowingly use participant data for unlawful purposes or in a manner materially inconsistent with these Terms.

107. Data Storage & Protection

107.1 Storage of Data

The Organizer may store participant data in physical, digital, cloud-based, or hybrid systems as reasonably necessary for Festival operations, compliance, archival, security, and record-keeping purposes.

107.2 Reasonable Protection Measures

The Organizer shall take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect stored participant data against unauthorized access, unlawful disclosure, misuse, alteration, or accidental loss.

107.3 Limitations of Security

Participants acknowledge that no system of storage, transmission, or digital processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Organizer shall not warrant absolute data security.

107.4 Retention Period

The Organizer may retain participant data for as long as reasonably necessary for Festival purposes, legal compliance, dispute resolution, record keeping, historical archiving, or future Festival administration.

107.5 Third-Party Storage and Processing

Where data is stored or processed by authorized third-party providers, such storage or processing shall remain subject to the Organizer’s operational arrangements and the applicable terms of those providers.

108. Consent & Data Rights

108.1 Consent to Data Processing

By registering, submitting materials, participating, communicating with the Organizer, or using Festival platforms, participants expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of their data as described in these Terms.

108.2 Consent as Condition of Participation

Where data processing is reasonably necessary for Festival administration, such consent shall form part of the conditions of registration and participation.

108.3 Participant Rights in Relation to Data

Participants may, subject to applicable law and practical limitations, request reasonable clarification regarding their data held by the Organizer and may request correction of inaccurate information.

108.4 Limits on Data Rights

Any participant request concerning access, correction, restriction, or withdrawal shall be subject to the Organizer’s legitimate operational, legal, archival, security, and administrative requirements.

108.5 Consequences of Withdrawal of Consent

Where a participant seeks to withdraw consent for data processing that is essential to Festival administration, the Organizer may be unable to continue processing the participant’s registration, submission, accreditation, or participation, and may cancel or terminate the relevant involvement accordingly.

108.6 Survival of Necessary Data Rights and Records

Withdrawal of consent shall not require the Organizer to erase or cease using data where retention or continued processing is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, records, security, or legitimate Festival history and documentation.

SECTION GROUP 21: VISA & TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITY

109. Visa Responsibility

109.1 Sole Responsibility for Visa Procurement

Each participant shall bear sole, absolute, and exclusive responsibility for obtaining, maintaining, renewing, and presenting any visa, entry permit, transit permit, travel authorization, or other immigration documentation required for travel to, entry into, stay in, or departure from the country or countries relevant to the RSW International Film Festival 2026.

109.2 No Guarantee of Visa Approval

The Organizer does not represent, warrant, promise, or guarantee that any participant will obtain a visa, entry permit, travel authorization, or immigration clearance, and no registration, selection, invitation, accreditation, package purchase, or Festival communication shall be interpreted as a guarantee of visa issuance or border entry.

109.3 Invitation Letters and Support Documents

Where the Organizer elects, in its sole discretion, to issue an invitation letter, participation confirmation letter, or any other supporting document for visa purposes, such document shall be issued solely as a supporting administrative document and shall not constitute a guarantee of visa approval, immigration clearance, or entry authorization by any embassy, consulate, border authority, or government agency.

109.4 Accuracy of Visa-Related Information

Participants seeking visa support must ensure that all information, documents, declarations, passport details, travel details, and supporting materials submitted to the Organizer are true, accurate, current, complete, and lawful. The Organizer shall not be liable for any refusal, delay, or complication arising from inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by the participant.

109.5 Costs Related to Visa Applications

All costs, fees, expenses, appointment charges, courier charges, translation costs, legal fees, travel expenses, medical requirements, document certification costs, biometric charges, embassy fees, and all other expenses associated with any visa or immigration process shall be borne exclusively by the participant.

109.6 Timing and Processing Risk

Participants are solely responsible for applying for visas and related permissions in sufficient time to account for appointments, processing delays, document requests, rejections, administrative reviews, appeals, or any unforeseen delay. The Organizer shall have no responsibility for any participant’s failure to begin or complete immigration procedures in a timely manner.

109.7 No Liability for Visa Refusal or Delay

The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, personal, commercial, travel-related, or reputational loss arising from visa refusal, delay, non-issuance, administrative processing, border refusal, permit cancellation, or any other immigration-related outcome affecting a participant.

109.8 No Exception to Payment Obligations

A refusal, delay, cancellation, or failure to obtain a visa or travel authorization shall not affect the validity of any fees already paid and shall not create any entitlement to refund, reimbursement, credit, transfer, compensation, or damages, except where the Organizer expressly states otherwise in writing, which it is under no obligation to do.

110. Travel Arrangements

110.1 Sole Responsibility for Travel Planning

Each participant shall bear full and exclusive responsibility for organizing, booking, confirming, and managing all travel arrangements associated with participation in the Festival, including but not limited to flights, domestic transport, airport transfers, accommodation, transit requirements, insurance, baggage, and personal logistics.

110.2 No Organizer Responsibility for Travel Services

Unless expressly stated in writing as part of a separate support service, the Organizer shall not be responsible for arranging, purchasing, guaranteeing, supervising, or managing any participant’s travel or accommodation.

110.3 Third-Party Travel and Accommodation Providers

Where the Organizer recommends, refers, or coordinates access to hotels, transport providers, travel agents, or related vendors, such service providers shall remain independent third parties, and all bookings, contracts, payments, disputes, losses, delays, cancellations, quality issues, or service failures shall remain solely between the participant and the relevant provider.

110.4 Travel Documentation and Compliance

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, identity documents, transit permissions, return tickets, health documentation, insurance coverage, and all other documents necessary for travel and border compliance.

110.5 Travel Risks and Interruptions

Participants acknowledge and accept that travel may be affected by delays, cancellations, strikes, overbooking, missed connections, border controls, airline policies, force majeure events, weather, health restrictions, or other disruptions beyond the Organizer’s control. The Organizer shall have no liability for any such disruption or its consequences.

110.6 Personal Insurance Responsibility

Each participant is strongly encouraged, and remains solely responsible, to obtain appropriate travel insurance, medical insurance, baggage insurance, cancellation cover, and any other insurance reasonably necessary for participation in an international event. The Organizer does not provide insurance unless expressly confirmed in writing.

110.7 No Impact on Festival Rights and Fees

Any travel failure, flight delay, missed connection, denied boarding, accommodation problem, or inability to arrive at the Festival shall not affect the Organizer’s rights under these Terms and shall not entitle the participant to any refund, reimbursement, replacement access, or other remedy.

111. Immigration Compliance

111.1 Duty to Comply With Immigration Laws

All participants shall comply fully with all immigration, customs, border control, security, quarantine, entry, exit, transit, and residency laws, regulations, instructions, and conditions imposed by the relevant government authorities

111.2 Lawful Entry and Stay

Participants shall ensure that they enter, remain in, and depart from the relevant country or countries lawfully and in strict accordance with the terms of their visa, travel authorization, or immigration status.

111.3 No Overstay or Unauthorized Activity

Participants shall not overstay any visa or permit, breach any immigration condition, engage in unauthorized employment, provide false declarations to authorities, or otherwise violate any entry or residency rule in connection with the Festival.

111.4 Participant Liability for Immigration Breaches

Any immigration breach, penalty, detention, deportation, refusal of entry, cancellation of visa, or legal consequence arising from a participant’s non-compliance shall be the sole responsibility of that participant, and the Organizer shall have no liability whatsoever in that regard.

111.5 Organizer Cooperation With Authorities

The Organizer reserves the right to cooperate with lawful requests from immigration, law enforcement, border, customs, or regulatory authorities where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the Festival, its participants, or its legal interests.

111.6 Effect of Immigration Non-Compliance on Participation

Where a participant is unable to attend or continue participation due to immigration non-compliance, visa cancellation, border refusal, detention, or related issues, the Organizer may cancel, suspend, or terminate that participant’s involvement without refund, compensation, or liability.

SECTION GROUP 22: PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

112. Refund Policy

112.1 Absolute Non-Refundability of All Payments

All payments made to the Organizer in connection with the RSW International Film Festival 2026, including but not limited to submission fees, participation package fees, add-on service fees, accommodation support fees, transport support fees, registration fees, access fees, showcase fees, promotional fees, market fees, and any other Festival-related payments, are strictly, absolutely, and unconditionally non-refundable at all times and under all circumstances.

112.2 No Refund for Any Reason Whatsoever

No refund, partial refund, credit, chargeback entitlement, reimbursement, offset, transfer value, or compensation shall be due or payable in the event of non-selection, withdrawal, non-attendance, late arrival, no-show, schedule conflict, visa refusal, immigration issue, illness, emergency, technical issue, travel disruption, participant dissatisfaction, disqualification, removal, event modification, reduction of program content, or any other cause whatsoever.

112.3 Refund Policy Applies Across All Services and Transactions

The no-refund rule applies universally and without exception to every payment made in connection with the Festival, regardless of the type of service, package, registration, access category, or support arrangement purchased or requested by the participant.

112.4 No Implied Refund Right

No statement, communication, marketing content, support correspondence, or third-party representation shall create any refund right unless a refund is expressly approved in writing by the Organizer, which the Organizer is under no obligation to grant.

112.5 Binding Acceptance of No-Refund Policy

By registering, submitting materials, selecting a package, choosing add-ons, requesting support services, or making any payment whatsoever, the participant expressly acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to this absolute no-refund policy as a material condition of participation.

113. Cancellation by Participant

113.1 Participant Cancellation Does Not Create Refund Rights

If a participant cancels, withdraws, abandons, postpones, or otherwise ceases participation at any stage, for any reason, no refund, credit, or reimbursement shall be issued.

113.2 Scope of Participant Cancellation

Participant cancellation shall include, without limitation, cancellation of submission, cancellation of registration, failure to attend, non-completion of travel, refusal to participate, inability to perform, failure to deliver materials, or withdrawal from any Festival activity or service.

113.3 Irrelevance of Reason for Cancellation

The reason for participant cancellation shall be irrelevant to the application of this clause. Personal emergencies, medical issues, family matters, work conflicts, financial hardship, travel complications, visa refusal, dissatisfaction, or any other circumstance shall not create any right to refund or compensation.

113.4 No Suspension of Financial Obligations

Cancellation by a participant shall not suspend, reduce, invalidate, or discharge any payment obligation already completed or due under these Terms.

113.5 No Transfer Through Cancellation

A participant may not convert a cancellation into an automatic transfer, substitution, future credit, or reassignment unless the Organizer expressly authorizes such arrangement in writing, which it may refuse in its sole discretion.

114. Cancellation by Organizer

114.1 Organizer’s Right to Cancel or Discontinue

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, reduce, digitize, restructure, or discontinue the Festival or any part of it, including specific events, screenings, market sessions, showcases, services, or access arrangements, at any time and for any reason it deems appropriate.

114.2 Cancellation Does Not Automatically Create Refund Rights

Cancellation, postponement, restructuring, reduction, or discontinuation by the Organizer shall not, by itself, create any entitlement to refund, reimbursement, compensation, damages, or any other financial remedy.

114.3 Reasons for Organizer Cancellation

Organizer cancellation may arise from force majeure, legal restrictions, operational difficulties, security concerns, venue issues, strategic decisions, public health concerns, lack of capacity, schedule restructuring, or any reason the Organizer determines to be sufficient.

114.4 Organizer Discretion in Post-Cancellation Arrangements

Where the Organizer elects, in its sole discretion, to offer alternative arrangements, rescheduling, virtual participation, replacement programming, or other goodwill accommodations, such arrangements shall remain voluntary and shall not constitute an admission of liability or create a precedent.

114.5 Exclusion of Liability on Cancellation

The Organizer shall not be liable for participant losses, travel expenses, accommodation costs, commercial losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from Organizer cancellation or modification.

115. Transfer of Participation

115.1 No Automatic Right of Transfer

Participation rights, registrations, packages, accreditations, badges, services, and Festival-related entitlements are personal to the registered participant and shall not be transferred, assigned, resold, exchanged, substituted, or otherwise passed to another person without prior written authorization from the Organizer.

115.2 Organizer Discretion Over Any Transfer Request

Any request for transfer, substitution, name change, organizational reassignment, or package reassignment shall be considered solely at the discretion of the Organizer, which may approve or reject such request without giving reasons.

115.3 Conditions for Any Approved Transfer

Where the Organizer approves a transfer, such transfer may be subject to verification requirements, eligibility checks, administrative conditions, deadlines, fees, access restrictions, package limitations, and other conditions imposed by the Organizer.

115.4 No Refund if Transfer Is Denied

If the Organizer denies a transfer request, the participant shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation.

115.5 Unauthorized Transfer as Breach

Any attempted unauthorized transfer, resale, substitution, or misuse of participation rights, packages, or accreditations shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in cancellation, revocation of access, disqualification, and further sanctions.

SECTION GROUP 23: FRAUD & MISREPRESENTATION

116. False Information

116.1 Duty of Truthfulness

All participants shall provide truthful, accurate, complete, and non-misleading information in all forms, submissions, registrations, communications, declarations, profiles, supporting documents, payment records, visa requests, and any other materials submitted to the Organizer.

116.2 Scope of Prohibited False Information

False information shall include, without limitation, inaccurate identity details, false authorship claims, fabricated credentials, false rights ownership claims, incorrect project information, false financial information, falsified documents, false professional history, or misleading public representations concerning Festival status or involvement.

116.3 Ongoing Duty to Correct Information

If any information previously supplied becomes inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated, the participant must promptly notify the Organizer and provide corrected information.

116.4 Organizer’s Right to Verify Information

The Organizer reserves the right to verify, investigate, cross-check, request supporting evidence for, or otherwise test the reliability of any information submitted by a participant.

116.5 Consequences of False Information

Providing false, misleading, incomplete, manipulated, or deceptive information may result in rejection, suspension, revocation of access, disqualification, withdrawal of awards, termination of participation, or legal action as appropriate.

117. Fraudulent Submissions

117.1 Prohibition of Fraudulent Activity

Fraudulent conduct in any form is strictly prohibited in connection with the Festival, including but not limited to fraudulent registrations, false submissions, forged documents, payment fraud, identity fraud, rights fraud, false eligibility claims, unauthorized use of Festival identity, and deceptive commercial behavior.

117.2 Fraud in Film Submission Context

Fraudulent submissions shall include, without limitation, submission of works without proper rights, misrepresentation of authorship, submission under false identity, falsification of premiere status, misrepresentation of category eligibility, or any deceptive act intended to gain unfair access, recognition, or advantage.

117.3 Fraud in Package, Access, or Payment Context

Fraud shall also include misuse of packages, unauthorized badge use, chargeback abuse, false payment proofs, deceptive requests for support services, or manipulation of access systems.

117.4 Investigation Rights of Organizer

The Organizer reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent act, request documents, suspend processing, hold decisions, report misconduct, deny access, and take protective action without prior notice.

117.5 Liability for Fraudulent Conduct

Any participant engaging in fraud shall be solely liable for all resulting damages, losses, costs, reputational harm, and legal consequences arising from such conduct.

118. Immediate Disqualification

118.1 Right of Immediate Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the absolute and immediate right to disqualify any participant, submission, film, project, delegate, or entity where fraud, misrepresentation, deceptive conduct, or other serious breach is suspected or established.

118.2 No Prior Warning Required

Immediate disqualification may be imposed without prior warning, notice, hearing, refund, or appeal where the Organizer reasonably considers such action necessary to protect the Festival’s integrity, security, fairness, or legal interests.

118.3 Scope of Disqualification

Disqualification may apply to individual activities, film submissions, award eligibility, accreditation, packages, market access, entire participation status, or future Festival eligibility.

118.4 Additional Consequences of Disqualification

Disqualification may be accompanied by cancellation of registration, revocation of badges, removal from venues, withdrawal of official selection status, cancellation of publicity, award withdrawal, reporting to authorities, and legal enforcement where appropriate.

118.5 Finality of Disqualification Decision

All disqualification decisions by the Organizer shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal or review.

SECTION GROUP 24: BREACH & TERMINATION

119. Breach of Terms

119.1 Meaning of Breach

A breach of these Terms shall occur where a participant fails to comply with any obligation, restriction, representation, warranty, condition, rule, policy, or instruction contained in these Terms or otherwise issued by the Organizer.

119.2 Material and Non-Material Breaches

The Organizer may distinguish between material breaches and non-material breaches; however, the Organizer shall retain sole discretion to determine the seriousness, impact, and consequences of any breach.

119.3 Examples of Breach

Breaches may include, without limitation, non-payment, fraud, misconduct, access violations, harassment, unauthorized recordings, rights infringements, misuse of Festival identity, false information, badge misuse, or non-compliance with Organizer instructions.

119.4 No Need for Participant Intent

A breach may exist regardless of whether the participant intended the act, knew of the violation, or believed the conduct to be permissible.

119.5 Right to Investigate and Respond

The Organizer may investigate any suspected breach, request explanations or documents, suspend access, and impose immediate measures pending final determination.

120. Termination of Participation

120.1 Organizer’s Right to Terminate

The Organizer reserves the absolute right to terminate a participant’s registration, submission status, package rights, accreditation, access, market privileges, publicity inclusion, or any other Festival-related involvement at any time where a breach occurs or where termination is otherwise necessary.

120.2 Immediate Termination

Termination may take immediate effect without prior notice, prior hearing, or warning where the Organizer considers such action justified by the seriousness of the matter.

120.3 Grounds for Termination

Grounds for termination may include breach of Terms, misconduct, legal risk, reputational risk, fraud, safety concerns, access misuse, non-compliance, disruption, or any conduct inconsistent with the Festival’s values or lawful operation.

120.4 Partial or Full Termination

The Organizer may terminate participation in whole or in part, including termination of specific rights, access levels, submissions, or services without necessarily terminating all other Festival involvement.

120.5 No Refund Upon Termination

Termination of participation shall not create any right to refund, reimbursement, compensation, damages, or replacement participation.

21. Consequences of Breach

121.1 Immediate Operational Consequences

A breach may result in warnings, suspension, access restriction, removal from venues, revocation of accreditation, disqualification of submissions, termination of participation, or permanent exclusion.

121.2 Legal and Commercial Consequences

Where appropriate, breach may also lead to legal action, recovery of losses, indemnity claims, referral to authorities, public distancing by the Organizer, or other lawful consequences.

121.3 Survival of Certain Obligations

Any provisions relating to payment obligations, non-refundability, intellectual property, indemnification, liability limitations, dispute resolution, confidentiality, publicity rights, and other clauses intended by their nature to survive shall remain in force notwithstanding breach or termination.

121.4 No Waiver by Delayed Enforcement

A failure by the Organizer to enforce any right immediately following a breach shall not constitute waiver of that right or prevent later enforcement.

121.5 Participant Liability for Resulting Harm

Participants shall remain liable for all loss, damage, cost, or consequence suffered by the Organizer or others arising from their breach.

SECTION GROUP 25: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

122. Dispute Resolution Process

122.1 Good Faith Resolution Objective

Where any dispute, disagreement, controversy, or claim arises out of or in connection with these Terms, the Festival, participation, payments, access, rights, or any related matter, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication.

122.2 Notice of Dispute

Any participant wishing to raise a dispute must notify the Organizer in writing, clearly setting out the relevant facts, issues, documents, and requested resolution.

122.3 Organizer Review Period

The Organizer shall be entitled to a reasonable period in which to review the complaint, gather relevant information, and communicate its position or proposed resolution.

122.4 No Suspension of Organizer Rights During Dispute

The existence of a dispute shall not suspend the Organizer’s rights to enforce these Terms, preserve security, revoke access, protect its interests, or continue operating the Festival.

122.5 Good Faith Participation Requirement

All parties shall engage in the dispute resolution process honestly, respectfully, and in good faith and shall not use the process for harassment, delay, reputational attack, or improper pressure.

123. Arbitration Clause

123.1 Agreement to Arbitration Where Enforceable

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute that cannot be resolved through good faith communication may, at the Organizer’s election or as otherwise legally enforceable, be referred to confidential arbitration instead of ordinary court proceedings.

123.2 Scope of Arbitration

Arbitration may apply to disputes arising from registration, participation, payments, packages, submissions, access, rights, liabilities, publicity, intellectual property issues between the participant and Organizer, or any related matter governed by these Terms.

123.3 Organizer’s Control Over Forum Consistent With Law

The applicable arbitration forum, seat, procedure, and rules shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and, where legally permissible, by the Organizer or the relevant governing provisions communicated by the Organizer.

123.4 Confidentiality of Arbitration

Any arbitration proceedings, submissions, evidence, hearings, and outcomes shall be confidential except to the extent disclosure is required by law or necessary to enforce an award.

123.5 Interim Relief and Protective Measures

Nothing in this clause shall prevent the Organizer from seeking urgent injunctive relief, protective orders, or other interim remedies before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights, assets, reputation, intellectual property, or Festival operations.

124. Legal Costs Responsibility

124.1 Responsibility for Own Costs by Default

Unless otherwise determined by the relevant court, arbitrator, or legal authority, each party shall bear its own legal fees, advisory costs, preparation expenses, and related costs associated with any dispute.

124.2 Participant Liability for Organizer Costs in Case of Breach or Fraud

Where a dispute arises from the participant’s breach, misconduct, fraud, rights infringement, false statements, or other wrongful conduct, the participant shall be liable to the Organizer for all reasonable legal fees, enforcement costs, expert costs, investigation expenses, recovery costs, and related expenditures incurred by the Organizer.

124.3 Recovery of Costs Where Permitted

The Organizer reserves the right to seek recovery of all legal and enforcement costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.

124.4 No Limitation on Other Remedies

This clause shall not limit the Organizer’s right to pursue damages, indemnity, injunctive relief, or any other lawful remedy in addition to recovery of legal costs.

SECTION GROUP 26: AMENDMENTS & UPDATES

125. Right to Amend Terms

125.1 Organizer’s Right to Amend

The Organizer reserves the full, unrestricted, and continuing right to amend, revise, update, expand, replace, remove, clarify, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time and in its sole discretion.

125.2 Reasons for Amendment

Amendments may be made for legal compliance, operational necessity, security reasons, policy development, program changes, technological changes, risk management, commercial reasons, or any other reason the Organizer deems appropriate.

125.3 Immediate or Future Effect

Amendments may take effect immediately upon publication or from a later date specified by the Organizer, and the Organizer shall have sole discretion in determining the effective date of any amendment.

125.4 No Need for Individual Negotiation

Participants acknowledge that these Terms are not individually negotiated and that the Organizer may amend them without obtaining individual participant approval.

126. Updates & Notifications

126.1 Method of Communication of Updates

The Organizer may communicate amendments, notices, updates, operational changes, instructions, or revised policies through the official website, registration platform, email, digital portal, official documents, social media, or any other official communication channel.

126.2 Sufficiency of Publication

Publication of updated Terms or official notices on an official Festival platform shall be sufficient notice to participants unless the Organizer expressly requires a different method.

126.3 Participant Duty to Monitor Communications

Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing official Festival communications and updates and for ensuring that they remain informed of any changes affecting their participation.

126.4 No Excuse Based on Failure to Read

A participant’s failure to read, review, receive, open, or understand an update shall not invalidate the effect of such update or excuse non-compliance.

127. Participant Responsibility

127.1 Responsibility to Remain Informed

Participants shall be solely responsible for staying informed about all current Terms, updates, amendments, notices, schedules, rules, policies, and instructions relating to the Festival.

127.2 Continued Participation as Acceptance

Any continued submission, registration, payment, participation, attendance, access, or use of Festival platforms after an update or amendment shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

127.3 Obligation to Comply With Latest Version

Participants shall be bound by and must comply with the most current version of these Terms in effect at the relevant time.

127.4 No Reliance on Outdated Terms

Participants shall not rely on earlier versions of these Terms once amendments have taken effect, unless the Organizer expressly states otherwise in writing.

SECTION GROUP 27: FINAL PROVISIONS

128. Entire Agreement

128.1 Entire Agreement Clause

These Terms, together with any official Festival policies, package descriptions, registration requirements, formal notices, and written documents expressly incorporated by the Organizer, constitute the entire agreement between the Organizer and the participant in relation to the Festival.

128.2 Supersession of Prior Statements

These Terms supersede and replace all prior oral or written discussions, understandings, expectations, representations, promotional impressions, or informal communications to the extent they relate to matters governed by these Terms.

128.3 No Reliance on Unofficial Statements

Participants acknowledge that they have not relied on any unofficial statement, informal assurance, verbal promise, social media comment, or third-party representation not expressly confirmed in official written Festival communications.

129. Severability

129.1 Validity of Remaining Provisions

If any provision, clause, sentence, or part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or void by a competent authority, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

129.2 Preservation of Commercial Intent

Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall, to the maximum extent possible, be interpreted or adjusted in a manner that preserves the original commercial and legal intent of the Organizer.

129.3 No Effect on Remaining Rights

The invalidity of any part of these Terms shall not affect the validity, enforceability, or operation of the remaining provisions.

130. Waiver of Rights

130.1 No Waiver by Delay or Inaction

No failure, delay, or omission by the Organizer in exercising any right, remedy, power, or protection under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right.

130.2 Waiver Must Be Express and Written

No waiver of any right, breach, or provision shall be effective unless expressly made in writing by the Organizer.

130.3 Single Waiver Not Continuing Waiver

Any waiver of a specific breach or right shall apply only to that instance and shall not be interpreted as a continuing, general, or future waiver.

130.4 Preservation of All Other Rights

The Organizer’s rights and remedies under these Terms are cumulative and shall be in addition to any rights or remedies available under law.

131. Contact Information

131.1 Official Contact Point

The Organizer shall provide official contact information, channels, or communication points through which participants may submit inquiries, documents, notices, or other Festival-related correspondence.

131.2 Responsibility for Accurate Participant Contact Information

Participants must ensure that their own contact details remain accurate, current, and functional throughout their engagement with the Festival.

131.3 No Responsibility for Failed Delivery Caused by Participant Error

The Organizer shall not be responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected communication resulting from inaccurate, outdated, inaccessible, blocked, or otherwise defective participant contact information.

132. Official Communication

132.1 Recognized Communication Channels

Only communications issued through official Festival channels designated by the Organizer shall be treated as authoritative, valid, and binding for purposes of these Terms.

132.2 Exclusion of Unofficial Communications

Participants shall not rely on unofficial statements, third-party commentary, unverified posts, rumors, or non-authorized messages as creating rights, obligations, approvals, or legal commitments on the part of the Organizer.

132.3 Organizer’s Right to Determine Communication Method

The Organizer reserves the right to determine the appropriate form, timing, and channel of official communication, including website publication, email notice, digital portal message, public posting, or written correspondence.

132.4 Binding Effect of Official Notices

Official communications issued by the Organizer shall be binding upon participants where relevant to the administration, enforcement, or operation of the Festival.
